Hi! My husband works ride maintenance at Dollywood and I work for the American Eagle Foundation that cares for the birds at Wings of Americ and Eagle Mountain Sanctuary! If you all come back to TN, we would love to have you tour our brand new facility located about 30 minutes away from Dollywood where we care for over 40 more birds of prey plus a museum and educational classrooms😊 Also, so sad I missed you guys but I was traveling with birds doing programs!

Grinning ear to ear listening to Max's love for Blazing Fury. I grew up in WNC so I've been to Dollywood probably 30 times and Blazing Fury has always been one of my favorites. To date, my personal best is riding it 8 times in one visit. I'd say it's Dollywood's equivalent of the ET ride. It's bizarre and hokey and charming and I hope they never get rid of it. Fire in the hole!
@tjhatrel78034 ай бұрын
8 times?? Now that’s impressive have a similar feat myself I’m physicially handicapped so I get the option to ride again immediately without disembarking if the lines not two terribly long but only one additional time however each time our raft came round to the load/unload area the attendants kept missing our raft so we were “stuck” in the loop a total of 7 additional times needless to say everything I wore that day was beyond drenched 😂😂

Time saver pass (for both Dollywood and their water park) for each person is also a perk when you stay at one of their cabins, which is what me and I parents did last summer for our first visit. Beautiful, rustic views, and peaceful vibes at their spacious cabins. We found the people friendly as well. Team icing for the cinnamon bread (although it’s delicious just the bread itself)! Yes, the cinnamon bread is worth the hype! Lightning Rod was my first ride at the park and probably my favorite. Love the hat, Molly. Highly recommend the Dreamland Drive-in show (50s/60s music and great acting and singing) which I think is offered only during the summer. Quality shows all around though which are included in the park admission fee. I recommend spending two days at Dollywood if you can to experience everything and not feel rushed.
