After I go to Dollywood, I always feel like I have met Dolly. Love her tiny dresses and tiny shoes! Her museum used to have her memories from growing up. Her senior trip to Washington, DC photo looked exactly like mine. Same clothing styles and hairstyles. We had to wear dresses or skirts and blouses. They no longer have the movie where leaves fall in the theater and it rains in the theater? It has been maybe 10 years since I was there. Hope I have the opportunity to go again. I live in FL but grew up in southwestern VA mountains. Close to Dolly’s age.

For the Behind the Seams exhibit, it would have been fitting to use the quote from Steel Magnolias, "It takes some effort to look like this!" But I did like the one they actually did use, too. "Smile! It increases your face value!"

Omg 😱 I just missed it by a week. Thank you so much for all your information. I returned home to Kona, Hi from a 2 weeks trip to Nashville, pigeon forge and Gatlinburg 2 days ago. So so much to do and see. It was amazing. Micro wrestling was what put pigeon forge on the map for me and all your videos is what I visited. 4 supper shows, 8 mountain coasters, Zorbing, Dollywood, Splash mountain, Anakeeka, smoky mountains. Hi, I saw that there is now a guided group tour of this experience available that gets you front of the line acess to it, reserved seats for the show in the dream song theater and a few other things. Do you think it's worth the $54 plus tax per person with a gold pass discount? I'm wondering if it would be worth doing to see the experience on the first Saturday of the Christmas festival.
