In 2019 we took my mother-in-law, nephew and sister-in-law to Disney. My husband rode on space ship earth with his mom. Well she was very concerned about Michelangelo. She thought the animatronic was an actual person. “I wonder how long he stays up there?” “His arm must get tired.” “How many breaks does he get?” Let’s just say my husband couldn’t control his laughter. 🤣

Places like 9 dragons, The Mexican place, and to a lesser extent even the Teppanyaki place. And even the 'steak houses' like Yatchman, or the Poly. These are all carefully designed to be non-challenging foods you'd get a local strip mall. And well done...it's exactly what a table of screaming kids want. But done with a style and bonuses that make it an experience. Leave the kids at the 'kids club' and suit up a jacket if you want something 5 star.

Nine Dragons has to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've ever had. From opening almost 30min late (our reservation was at opening), to the unknowledgeable about food allergies waitstaff, to the insanely hyped up prices ($8 for a scoop of rice on a plate?), it's a "one and one" place for us! The quick service at Lotus Blossom next door isn't any better.

Recommendation for you and Casey if you want to try more authentic Chinese, take a look at taste of chengdu. It’s a little ways away from Disney, but really great Chinese food.

I know the new Test Track update is supposed to be similar to World of Motion, so in a way the original is coming back (I think). And I've NEVER been to Nine Dragons but have always been curious and wanted to try it someday!

Hey Kyle: Have you attended the Chinese movie in that teepee type of building that you showed behind you and Casey in China? The updates movie reviews are good. Before the movie, if you walk to the right of that building there is a walking park. Lots of benches and families go there for shade.

I went to Nine Dragons with my boyfriend in February as an early V-Day dinner and it was delicious. 100% would go back. I knew prices were gonna be a bit high because…Disney, but it wasn’t bad for what we got. The service was outstanding. I am terrified of butterflies (weird, I know lol) so I could never step foot into that area 🫣 I have yet to go on Guardians, maybe my next trip. I was supposed to go in a couple weeks but my mom is having major surgery so I had to postpone. Thank God I live within decent driving distance and can do that 🙌🏽

The only chai I love is Starbucks. They have the best chai hands down. I try them at all other coffee shops and they don’t compare. I like a lot of syrup to make it spicy.
