What an amazing place to get away! How I wish I could have a vacation with a place like this. It's been many years since I had one and it would be awesome to do it again. I always prioritize earning money in order to help my family and had no time for myself. Possible reason could be because I'm only living alone in Taguig, so priorities come first. Red wine is supposed to be at room temperature ( French cellar temperature which is below 72 C . So refrigeration especially sa Pinas is recommended. Then before serving it, take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving it . After taking it out of the fridge , cork it out and let it air out. I learned this from taking sommelier classes. The beauty is all in the details! Love how much thought was put into everything. I can feel how charming it is as well and not so uppity, but luxurious at the same time. I'm a huge fan of going to boutique type resorts, because they offer so much more than a standard boring hotel. haha Love hearing a little bit about Miss G's story as well.
