Like it takes us working together as an entire community to brighten images, search through website source codes, read through books, to connect everything. Watching the evolution of Amanda from our jump scare queen to our Final Girl Boss Girl queen has been epic! Legit character arc on display, and deserving of a comp. She plays with confidence and poise now, and I fucking love seeing this evolution from a chronically offline "Mom energy" jumping at every jump scare into this Boss Lady ready to fuck shit up like an 80s action star. She's gone through the Sarah Connor arc from T1 to T2, and seeing her going all Ripley in Aliens 2 on these games is such a good time.

Y’all are being mean for no reason and it kind of shows how little people understand other people I guess. You know she’s new to gaming. She has to pay attention to keyboard controls and where to point the mouse, she’s not used to the type of images taking over her screen and doesn’t know when a key information might pop up.. there’s a bajillion more variables she needs to simultaneously keep track of that people watching and/or people used to playing games are already familiar with. And she has to be entertaining herself the entire time. Plenty of seasoned gamers who do regular game plays make the stupidest mistakes when they take the role of entertaining an audience while playing. On top of that there were plenty of occasions when Shayne, despite his experience as a gamer and watching plenty of people play these types of games.. was still lost. You all (people commenting this sentiment and those liking it) really need to think a little bit more deeply about other people’s experiences before you go around passing judgement.
