@GymLeaderIcy6 жыл бұрын
The Tokyo parks focus a lot more on different franchises and wanted merchandise for japan, like Disney themed face masks, place mats, a lot of plushies, and they have a ton of themed snack boxes. In Japan, giving gifts isn’t a common tradition because then they feel bad, and have to give a present back, which is why a lot of the merch you can buy are snack boxes and treats, if you were to give them to other people.

@kentokyo4 жыл бұрын
ZergeiTV I think because Japan is VERY humid (except winter) so not only it takes a long time to dry your clothes but humidly/wet has been noticeable element of discomfort and safety hazard (home molds) in Japan. Also, have your clothes wet in public considered out of manners since cities are packed and people ride public transportation that could cause others to get wet. Typically, average Japanese spend more money on their garments than average Americans. That’s why all Japanese people use umbrella as soon as rain and all the stores provide umbrella cover for customers’ wet umbrella.

I will be honest, I went to Tokyo Disneyland last year, I have also been to Disneyland Anaheim a multitude of times, I personally prefer Anaheim, although the one in Tokyo had significantly less people, and the rides are literally the same (as the exceptions are the Star Wars galaxy’s edge and Avengers themed areas in Anaheim.) Tokyo Disneyland seems a lot smaller because it doesn’t have these, none the less, still an enjoyable experience, would go again :)
@trickytreyperfected14823 жыл бұрын
@@manillargo not too bad to the best of my knowledge, just as long as you aren't going as part of a Brazilian Tour Group. BTGs are typically the bane of Disney workers, but they are still nice and inviting to them. The BTGs are usually incorrigible because it's almost always a bunch of teenagers led by someone who couldn't care less. I'm sure it has less to do with them being Brazilian and more to do with them being teenagers.

This brings back memories of when I visited Tokyo Disneyland 20 years ago. It does also confirm to me that it isn't as well detailed as the USA versions, as I didn't think it had the same feel to it. I'm really loving these videos! I went to Japan Nov 2016 and went to TDL for my birthday, was so amazing as no matter what they were doing, every cast member would stop and wish me a happy birthday, even some of the guests too! Everyone is so polite in Japan but outside of TDL they were kind of reticent, but in TDL everyone gets really chatty and lively. I love all the teenage girls who dress up in matching outfits with their friends to go, takes disneybounding to the next level. The fact that the food in the parks is kind of Japanese comfort food is really cool, and all the different flavoured popcorn is amazing! Also the Jungle River host is just as funny in Japanese as they are in English! They do all the same kind of lame/great jokes. The toilets in Japan are amazing everywhere (except if you happen to find one of the Japanese-style floor toilets, but I know some people who swear by them), I especially love the fact that in a lot of public toilets you can play sounds of water running to kind of cover up your business, it's the kind of thing you think is weird when you first see it but then you miss it everywhere.

As a mother of three I have always dreamed of taking my children to Disney world. I have unfortunately not been able to so far, but it is definitely in the plans for the coming years. I feel like the day we finally get to go I will be so incredibly prepared because of your channel! Love you guys! Been watching for almost two years now!

A great intro! Love the energy of the people there, and the Country Bear Jamboree is even more special in Japanese 😂

My favorite thing is a Japanese person with a Western twang. How hard it must be to find voice actors to do that?

Or they just hire an american voice actor to do it? ;)
