Wow MTR stations…so clean and the floor looks so shiny! MRT stations here the opposite 😂 However it’s the friendly and kind hearted Filipinos that attract people to come in the 🇵🇭. Thanks Jay n Jenny. Really an eye opener video 💙

hahaha, IKR, it's like night and day, sort of... 😅🤣 Also, very true 💯 it's the people here in the Philz and their warm hospitality that keeps a lot of people (like me) coming back... or wanting to call this place home. Cheers! 🍻

this is the first time i have learned about this... really different pace and lifestyle... i do not remember going to Hongkong island, but i think we did.. but Jay being there, you get to experience the place 100% compared to us clueless tourists... nice vlog guys... more and more, i feel like i am walking with you....

Glad you enjoyed this vlog Lambert! Yeah, even though I had previously told Jenny some stories, I think it was still kind of an eye opening experience for her, so I'm glad we were able to capture some of that in the vlog here. It means a lot to us that you're tuning and in walking right alongside us; it definitely gives us more motivation to upload more HK content 🥰❤

I moved there in my 20s. You get used to living in hk and I even miss it sometimes after taking early retirement in my early 40s .

Thanks for sharing Mary! Seems like an awesome experience for you that really worked out well. Congrats on early retirement in your early 40s, that's incredible! 🤩👏👏 I totally hear you, I miss HK a lot too, even before this trip... It has it's faults like anywhere else in the world but it's just so incredibly efficient, wow, you can't help but marvel at it.... 🤩

Have you checked out the prices of condos in HK? It's eye-popping!
@BGCDreams Жыл бұрын
Totally! We'll be sharing those details in future vlogs but let's just say it's easily 4-5x the price of condos here in the Philz... Maybe more for the ultra high-end projects... Run away! 🏃🏃♀

People walk on one side especially in walkalators and escalators so that one side is for passing thru for people in a hurry. This is not like the Philippines where people occupy the whole space while walking slow
@BGCDreams Жыл бұрын
haha yeah it's a very different world out there in HK, especially the pace of life & how fast people walk. I guess we were forced to adapt quickly, as evident by this vlog here 🤣
