This looks like such a relaxing place to stay! The Islander Resort sounds perfect for families, with the pool, hammocks, and easy beach access. Thanks for showing the room details - especially the complimentary coffee maker and beach chair rentals! The Emerald Isle water sounds amazing, too. Great video!👍

Very nice hotel and town. Emerald Isle looks like great place to wind down and enjoy the beach. I loved the zebra chairs in the waiting room. The rooms looked comfortable, especially The with the sofa/tv room and refrigerator. The pool looked nice as well. I would gladly hang out at the pool or the room if I was there on a double red flag day. Glad you played it safe. Flipflop donuts looks like a must-do. I love local donut shops! 3 that come to mind are 5 Daughters Bakery in Nashville, Thomas Donut Shop in Panama City Beach, and Donut Hole in Destin. There are tons of others that we've tried and loved. The donuts you got looked stellar!

We always hear lots of people talking about Emerald Isle but we have never visited. The resort looked nice. It's nice that they have chairs and bikes available to the guests. The donuts looked yummo! Thanks for sharing. Look forward to seeing the restaurant reviews.

The pool area is where you would find me in the morning with a cuppa Joe! 🥰Love how they have the broom in the room! Expect a lot of sand

Emerald Isle has been on our list of places to visit for a while now! It looks like such a nice place to enjoy the ocean! The place you stayed at looks like a great place to stay at!

I've never made it to North Carolina, but I've been to South Carolina. The place you stayed looked lovely and the beaches are gorgeous. Awesome video, I enjoyed it in full. Like 22, thanks for sharing!

This island on the coast of North Carolina was such a wonderful place for a beach getaway. South Carolina has some great beaches too. The Carolinas are gorgeous states. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. We are glad you enjoyed our video!

My wife and I spent a few days on Emerald Isle and stayed in that same hotel. We had a fantastic visit. The only issue that we had was the room that we got had absolutely no water pressure in the shower. That part totally sucked, but outside of that the place was amazing and it was very clean. We also had some amazing meals I left reviews for.

We had a great stay on Emerald Isle and at the Islander Resort. We have had a number of hotel rooms with no water pressure in our travels - and you're right - that experience does suck. But our room here had pretty good water pressure - not the best - but not terrible. So must be an issue on a room by room basis. I love coastal towns! This looks like a wonderful area to visit! Nice room tour, glad they warn about rip currents in the room, that's cool. Lovely beach area!

Yeah, those rip currents were no joke the weekend we were in town. I can't imagine getting dragged out to sea like that. But this was a lovely beach town. We enjoyed exploring it for the weekend. Thanks for watching - and for taking the time to comment!

Looks great here! And love the name... Emerald Isle... actually event Crystal Coast is a pretty awesome name... the pier was beautiful... we will be visiting Boone, NC next year... have you guys ever been there? We have not... looking forward to it... thanks for the tour guys!

Love a snack at checking into a hotel! The half wall dividers are a little odd, but I like the space! Awesome to have a beach chair! Beautiful sunset! Nice to have things to do within walking distance!

Yeah, I thought the half wall dividers were weird. I guess they are good if you ever want to sort of divide your hotel room up but not really. This was a pretty big room though. And being right on the beach was wonderful. Thanks so much for watching and for commenting @FLACKFAM!

I asked my husband why he referred to the bathroom as a gravity chamber. He mentioned how much more difficult everything you do in the bathroom would be without gravity. Then I decided not to discuss it further. But I am glad you enjoyed the tour. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!

We have to make it to that area. It’s so pretty. Those waves there are no joke. The room is really nice and more hotels need larger garbage bins. With a family, it is always overflowing. I usually bring my own power strip just in case there is enough plugs. I bet there are some knuckleheads who surf on those double ted flag days. Donuts is a good way to end your trip.

Yeah, the way we had heard it talked about the island was not very developed yet (compared to other North Carolina beach towns). I imagine that was probably at some point. But people should stop saying it now as it is pretty crowded now. But the beaches were beautiful and we had a great time. Thanks for watching and commenting!

So glad you reviewed this resort. I love the pool, and cabanas. The view is great. We drove by that last summer and considered this location for a possible future trip but this trip we opted to stay in Atlantic Beach. It was just okay. Still not as good as my Nags Head.😂.
