Our First Visit to Volcano Bay

We took a break from our Disney parks days to return to Universal for our first ever visit to the Volcano Bay water park. We were excited to explore this newest Universal attraction and see if it was worth taking a day away from our Disney vacation. We also had a split stay, checking out of Disney's Beach Club Resort and checking in to Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows.

My wife and I really enjoyed Volcano Bay last year. Heated water and the tapu tapu was great. We were there at opening so our wait for the water coaster wasn’t bad.

I stayed 6 days at Cabana Bay and would use the lazy river there when I was going into their parks, so 3-5 as a break from the parks. Never made it over to WDW. I loved their Mardi Gras parade, bet your kids would love it as every kid there seemed to be having a great time catching so many beads. The floats are made by the New Orleans company so look the same. I also never went to Volcano Bay although I want to. I’m a lazy river and wave pool person. Would try the multi person slides but it’s just me so I’m still happy. I could make it a day cuz I want to try the food there. So nice to see a family outing like this, my favorite vlog of any others, you really do show how fun it can be there.

Thanks for watching. I’m not much of a water park person, either. In fact, I think I enjoy watching the video of my kids enjoying the water park more than I like actually going! 😆 Still, it’s an awesome water park!
