It was fun to see how your first year of full time travel went! I agree with you about checking off boxes, and find that most people who travel only for vacation just don't relate to this part. I often have people ask me why I did not visit this or that when I was so close to it, but I really enjoy just soaking in a place and not feeling like I need to do all of the "must dos" every time. Plus, we can always go back, like you did with Nha Trang! Isn't that lovely? I am starting off this year in Europe and have a video coming out about my plans, but one new place I am really excited about it Tbilisi!

Hello and thanks for watching. We sometimes feel guilty that we don't do more at the destinations, but I think we've accepted that we like to soak it all in and if we feel like doing an excursions or hike or whatever, then we'll do it, and if we don't, no big deal. Good luck with your new channel and adventure. We'll keep an eye on it!!

Ment to ask if you've done a packing video? Will check. We are finding it hard to try to fit everything in just a carryon and personal bag.😊

@@livingworkingoutsidebox we haven't done a packing video just yet. Good idea. We will do one. We use regular size suitcase. We can't imagine only travelling with a carry on. We like the space.

Great recap of the past year. I'm looking forward to more of your vids, esp the budget breakdowns & your impressions of the city (what you liked/ didn't like). Cheers & happy new year 2025! 👍🎉🥂

We are really enjoying your videos and look forward to seeing your experiences over the next year. I'd be interested in learning more about your overall budget and finances (to the extent you'd be willing to share). We are still a few years away from slow traveling but as a planner, I'm making preparations now. Will you be making a video that focuses more on the broader financial aspect? Are you still working or fully retired? Living off of savings or investments?

Hi and thank you for your support and interest. We are also planners, big time planners. For every destination, we have a full cost breakdown. Check out the videos if you're interested. We have plans for a video like that, we just haven't got around to it yet. We are retired however. Hopefully we can make that video soon. Thanks again and happy new year!

Thats a great idea! We thought about it, but was worried it might not fit in our luggage. We might need to look into that again. We love meeting our viewers. Hopefully it can happen.
