Vicos story about them living their bearded pirate dream reminds me of my all-time favourite Halloween costume as a kid, and it’s such a treat. One of my cousins had passed down a musketeer costume to me, complete with a fancy feathered hat and my mum painted me a pointy moustache. I’d never felt as comfortable as I did that day, though I always liked my princess dresses just fine.
