So many little quests... 😉 The treasure hunts you get from the '?' are pretty much all very close by to the body, note or letter you get them from. It is always a good idea to do them right after, so you don't have to go back to an area that you otherwise already explored.

Swamp Thing quest: you stumbled upon tracks of the monster before talking to the one who issued the contract. So the objective about talking to him was skipped, which means you missed the chance to negotiate with him and you'll have to settle for the basic reward. If you want to complete more of Velen, there is a notice board FAR down in the southeast.

It was accidentally introduced to the world by Ciri towards the end of the books and was the major world issue in the first game, set roughly five years later. Alexander, the mage in the Fyke Isle tower, was trying to research a cure, using healthy and diseased rats and convicted criminals as human test subjects. Because of the plague Keira was terrified of rats ('Wandering in the Dark') and wanted to assist, or at least take some of the glory for, the cure ('letter to Alexander'). During the events at the 'Tower of Mice' and after, which killed Annabelle, it was not safe for Keira to go to the Isle to get Alexander's research notes, so she got Geralt to lift the curse. hello, dear friend :) I do remember, as I played the games before reading the books and her exchanges with Geralt left me impressed with how well CDPR captured her character and their dynamic. The hilarity of their moment amidst the chaos after she fell from the window and landed on his head is a great example of what makes the series a stand out in the fantasy genre for me.

@@GlorifyingGilmore Geralt tells he has to find Yenn in all that carnage and she sighs, "Oh, I wish someone loved me that much". Although Geralt had met her and lots of others earlier in the evening, when Yenn was flaunting her power over him, addressing a few choice words to Triss, and all the other sorceresses were eyeing him up.

Even before you mentioned Yennefer, I saw the thumbnail and thought, "Hm, Yennefer cosplay?" :) You did really well! Beating monsters above your level, making full use of the game's mechanics. I think Axii might be better against shielded opponents though, could be worth a shot. And yes, when nothing else works, just cast Quen then charge in! Gargoyles are apparently weak to Dimeritium bombs, so check if you could craft them. Dimeritium (die-mir-it-eeyum) is a special metal in the Witcher world. It has unpleasant effects on magic users, and shackles made out of these would prevent mages/sorceresses from using their powers. Speaking of mages, you picked the BEST possible outcome for Kiera. The other alternatives are far worse (sleeping with her or not has no bearing on the other stuff, so nothing missed in sparing yourself some blur edits :D ). 53:20 - That would be me and many others in the comments. So happy over the strategic use of the Decoy card! You're definitely getting better at Gwent. One thing you could try is to see if you could change the Leader in your deck since you don't use the ability much. Or you could lean into its ability, and remove Ranged combat cards from your deck (or most at least) and use the ability to cast Impenetrable Fog whenever your opponent uses a lot of Ranged cards. See if you could craft School of the Witcher gear already. See which set best suits your style. Another great episode. You look amazing. 💜

Geralt doesn't need sleep. Meditation isn't even really sleep XD You definitely should change your Gwent Leader card to the Foltest that clears weather effects, then you can remove the Clear weather card from your deck. And using him at the end of a round often comes in handy to win. And that Decoy to use the Medic again, that's a pretty sweet move

Stunning makeup and awesome style, you look like a sorceress straight out of the Witcher universe ❤️ btw. the "counter and Aard" tactic is great, but you're missing one step. When you cast Aard, dodge to the right or left side of the enemy, and only then start attacking. If you position yourself correctly, you'll guarantee a hit and can unleash a combo sequence. Merchant in Downwarren disappears after 'Ladies of the Wood', no matter the outcome of that quest. So you missed out on winning a gwent card from an easy opponent. No worries, there are still up towards 18 more players in the game ("of no particular renown or skill") than you need to empty the pool of random reward cards. Soothsayer was an idiot in the last round! Should have used his Leader ability to put a Commander's Horn on his front row.
