That's the thing about Wojcicki. She's an expert in marketing, a main proponent of the ad sense tech when it was in its infancy phase. But, oh, boy, she's terrible at PR and customer relations. If we're discussing KZbinrs and viewers, at least, Wojcicki chose advertisers over us. Maybe as a necessary evil to pay KZbin salaries, sure, but I think the platform is stable enough, financially, to do something as simple as _enforce their ToS in a consistent manner._ I don't buy for one second that banning Quantum TV will cause the next adpocalypse. _Inaction_ will, though, because this story has started gaining steam and momentum; it's only a matter of time before this entire situation goes mainstream in some form.

As the others said, the court of law is about money and the only way to undo that is to outsmart every lawyer on the entire team against you, and they are elite lawyers of a very very very high level. They are smart, parasitic, manipulative, and very dangerous. We can make change, but its not as simple as "Do". You may have won a case or two, but that is a VERY different environment. Where there is regulation with how companies work in the material world, the internet is a place that is almost wholly unregulated. You may disagree, citing varying laws but they are very primitive. Almost no laws exist to protect internet rights or even persecute wrongdoers. Look at the blatant copyright abuse and malice, it ONLY EVER got coverage because someone BIG got hurt by it, NO OTHER reason. I'm totally on The Act Man's side here. But I think people keep messing up the circumstances a little. The "sexual content" that his video was removed for was most likely the bad photoshop of the gay kiss towards the end, not the cucumber, though I suppose it could be both or either. It was "unwanted sexualization," according to The Act Man. A cucumber could be argued to be unwanted... dietization???? but the kiss can only be one thing. You can ask a KZbin "expert" to 'review' something for you with no repercussions, because you're allowed to be dumb, especially with Copyright law--everyone is. The Act Man was Demonetized for Tweets, yes, but they probably weren't deleted when someone got their knickers in a knot, they were still there when his KZbin partner found them and told him he's trippin. Someone one cubicle over found them at the same time, or before, and reported them. Boom, kicked for current Tweets, no WayBackMachine needed. Just because he got the demonetization notice after the Tweets were deleted doesn't mean the process didn't start the very second he made them. Susan could be constantly hitting F5, just waiting, we don't know. Everyone is only thinking about this from what THEY see and understand. Ok, fair, that's all we can do, and a better play-by-play would surely help. But there are a lot of seconds in the day, a lot of tiny details, and the minutia really matters here, unfortunately. The Act Man is definitely in the right, but he did slip up in a few places. I'm fine if YT keeps him bent over a fence, but only if they do the same to QTV. He's done all of this, and then some.

I once had a company strike two of my videos and what really pissed me off the most is that nowhere did the company or KZbin provide me with why those two video were getting strikes. What they could have done is just is blocked the videos and then said like hey your two videos have these issues, fix and re-upload or delete them unless you want a strike. Now, I've never sent strikes or claims to anyone but I am pretty sure that you have to say why you're doing this. I had to do my own research to figure out why this happened. It's such a stupid thing that KZbin needs to fix.
