When you have your 30amp electrical cord fully extended, add a colored tape band where the last 12” occurs. This way while pulling the 🔌 cord, once you see the band it will alert you you’re at the end of your 🔌cord. Safe travels 🙏🏼⛺️😎

My husband and I are planning to pick up our first RV Scamp 16' this spring and we are studying through your videos. Thank you so much for sharing all the information. You are the best!

Great information! I've placed all these items in my shopping cart, including fire extinguishers. I ordered my scamp August of 2021 and was told it would be ready August 2023. I'm thinking I'll probably get a call early spring because I did receive a call stating it could be ready in November, but I'm just not ready yet. Super stoked and getting my supplies in order! Thanks so much for this super valuable information.

You can get the proper end to fit your levelling jacks and use with a cordless drill, instead of hand cranking it.

This is a great video, never been camping and planning to get a Scamp 16. Your video is a great resource for me doing it the 1st time. Thank you!

I think you did a great job in this vlog! A lot of common sense things, but things we might now always think of in our excitement to hit the road. Well done.

Great video! Our 16' arrived in November and we have been going through outfitting it. Great ideas in this one video! It's so cold we haven't tried everything (yet) but will before our first nearby outing. Thank you!

I bought the cheap plastic chocks, but am going to buy the rubber ones now like yours, I like those better. I forgot about bringing a good flashlight, thanks for the tips!

Looking to order our Scamp soon. Your videos are very helpful and love the factory tour from you and John Holderfield’s “My Scamp Travel Trailer Adventures U.S.A.” When I wrote my Salesperson @ the Scamp Factory I was told that they were suspending the Factory Tours until further notice. (COVID-19). I’ve watched all of your videos and have gleaned a lot of helpful tips...many thanks. Looking forward to your new ones once you’re able to travel again.

Thank you very much. Glad the videos are helpful. When you do get around to ordering your Scamp, if you could mention our Scamp life on your order form it would go far in us building a relationship with Scamp trailers. And let us be the first to say congratulations on the Scamp. We’re sure you’ll love it! God bless.

Our Scamp Life: Absolutely, it would be the truth that you and John Holderfield were both instrumental in our decision to order a Scamp.

You mentioned it a couple of times, but make sure you bring a variety of fuses - not only for your Scamp but also for your tow vehicle!

We are going to be purchasing a 16' foot Scamp. Curious as to if towing mirrors are needed to pull one of these, or not. Thanks for sharing your adventures of you and your family in your Scamp. Thank you.

Great video, how do you stabilize the Scamp when you use the Legos to level it?
@ourscamplife5210
@ourscamplife5210 4 жыл бұрын
it works the same way with the leveling jacks they may just have drop down another inch or two to hit the ground. Both the old style jacks and the new style work great. Hope this helps
