As a person who grew up in the outer skirts of town in Rawang, Selangor and parents who moved to Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur for over 5 years, an advise I would give is to try and rent in the areas you would love to live in first and experience the hustle and bustle of each area if you find yourself unable to decide which area to settle in. @@saufichewan how much would be 4 acres of land in pahang?
@saufichewan
@saufichewan 9 ай бұрын
@@nazmulbhuiyan1982 in Raub, or Bentong, around RM 500-600k per acre. Durian orchard. The price-per-acre will go down as if the land is larger. Farther (2hours) from KL, in Temerloh, Maran, or Jerantut, can go as low as RM200k. This is for non-Malay-reserve, agricultural land title. In Kuantan, 3 hours from KL, some international title can be had for RM1million for 4-5 acres. Or you can set up a company locally, and acquire land under company name.

Welcome to Malaysia. Get a landed property in Shah Alam, Selangor State probably in Bukit Jelutong. Its near Shah Alam Stadium with one of the biggest Bazaar Ramadhan in Malaysia. I wud say the area is densely green n u'll loved it. Theres a big masjid there n u can make many friends (jumaah) there. Give it a try.

We are a small country but Malaysia is Asia's number 2 friendliest country. It's the 15th friendliest country in the world. 16th most immigrant-friendly nation globally. English was the common language spoken. 25th best country for ex-pats. People respect each other. Baldatun Thayyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafur. Good land and Rabb the Most Forgiving.

Asalaam'km and may Allah fill your Hijra move with Baraqah and Aafeah. Alhumdolillah I too did this Hijra to MY just over 2 years ago as things were opening up after Covid. My teenage daughters watch your updates and were delighted you chose here. We move from London and are here about 40 mins outside KL, much cheaper and larger housing in this area. Happy to provide any tips if you need any.

Consider cyberjaya/putrajaya, much much better option for families as compared to KL apartment life. Many lakes, less traffic, much calmer.

I have been to Malaysia when I was very young but those were the happiest moments of my life. Islam is so beautiful in this country. Please please tell me the type of visa you went for? Because this is the biggest problem with Malaysia; they don’t allow for permanent residence of foreigners

We do, but foreigners have to have deposit about USD1.5 million in Malaysian Bank, once approved to the MM2H top tire programme (50% can be withdrawn for buying properties, health, education and touring after a year). Pre-requirements for application are you have to have USD74K worth liquid assets and an offshore monthly income of at least USD2.1K.
