As someone from a lower-income country, I've experienced firsthand how the arrival of people from wealthier countries can disrupt the lives of native residents. I implore you, please be mindful of your impact and avoid contributing to gentrification.

Typical colonizer. Imagine in 2025 the U.S. is talking about taking the Panama Canal, Canada, Greenland, by force if necessary. What world do we live in? Absolute insanity. But when you are guilty of funding a genocide, I am not surprised

I find western expats living in cheaper countries never qualify that the rent or purchase of a home for them is first cheap in comparison to the average local. The internet says the average salary in KL is $1250 Cdn per month which is just a little more than what this couple paid. Obviously this apartment is out of the price range for the vast majority of Malaysians. Expats need to show proof of at least $30K income per year to live there. Another example of the average Malaysian life being far below this.

Assalamwalekum Saleh Family! I have been following you for several years! This is the first time I am quite not comfortable with the content. What are you trying to tell here? Can 40 million Canadians move to Malaysia? Alhamdulillah you had the resources and you were able to move but can every Canadian move so stop making them feel aweful about their lives by comparing the health services. Now are you in favour of privatizing the health care in Canada as you mentioned that you do not mind paying for health care for quicker attention. Can Canadians pay for private health care? Once it is privatized, it becomes commercial. Look at the US, people are literally dying there. Yes Canadian health care is not good enough but we have to continue to live here and fight to make it better! Not everyone can leave. It's not like medical negligence does not happen in other countries. Congratulations on the move! May Allah Subhanahutaalah bless your lovely family immensely🤲! Ameen!

One thing I will never understand because I’m not Muslim and I don’t have to cover my whole body but if it’s like 30° out and you gotta wear a full length skirt or leggings and a long sleeve shirt, I would be stupidly hot and not doing well, I would need to wear shorts That are 5 inches long and a short sleeve shirt. I’m very happy that there’s not a lot of Muslim people being in the hospital because of Heath stroke or dying because of it because that’s my first concern I think of when I see people in the summer, especially Muslim people who have to cover up. It just makes no sense that the man can wear a short sleeve shirt and shorts. That’s kinda not fair that the woman has to cover up and not the man. But this video was awesome and the prices seem really reasonable. I’d like to see how much it would cost if you had to go to the hospital how much it would cost or how much it would cost to give birth at a hospital or go for surgery, but I don’t know if you guys could do a video on that because you don’t need any of that.

Have you ever been out east? To the Middle East? Notice how both men and women wear long clothing? Even though it’s 50 degrees out? Ya we don’t melt. We are cool under these clothes 😂 it’s a huge misconception when ppl see us covered up and think we must be miserable. Promise we are doing just fine. FYI men do have requirements to cover certain areas.

I'm interested to know how the costs compare not so much by currency exchange, but based on the standard of living. 30$ for something is cheap, but the Malaysian amount also has to be equivalent in terms of the income amount. A video explaining some average salaries and some basic bills, etc. would be amazing. We are very seriously considering moving as well.
