When you are going to a warm country, about 2 weeks before you go start taking garlic supplements. Mosquitoes can't stand garlic! Also take lavender oil and mix it with water in a spray bottle. Use it to spritz your bedsheets. Ditto. Added bonus is lavender will aid sleep. ☺️
