Congratulations on your new home. I found you guys a couple of weeks ago. I am from New Orleans. In 2005 I evacuated to Dallas and absolutely LOVED it, but moved back in 2014 because my sister and husband's Grandmother were ill. Since I have been home, it has been good and bad, but I know how to make the MOST of everything 😂. Fast forward to now.. both my grandmother in law and my big sister have passed. My youngest just turned 21 and I added my new little grandson to my tribe of 6. Phoenix became a favorite when my 28 yr old daughter flew me out there at the end of June while she was working out there. Fell in love with Tempe, Sedona, Scottsdale, and Mesa. Those were places she took me to and she was staying in Tempe. I am pretty sick of the South and I am ready for change. Gabby told me how much she loved it out there and she wanted move. My sister cousin shared the same sentiment with me. Then I told the husband 😊. We are moving.

So I have been told that I don't know how to make a long story short, so I had to give you guys all of that to introduce myself 😂. So here we go. Basically I need help. Or just advice. I am a Loan Processor at a Credit Union out here. I was thinking about buying, but I changed my mind because of the interest rates and the cost and not knowing if I will really like it. So I am looking to rent 1st. I am a TRUE NOLA GIRL!!! Mardi Gras Balls/Dance, 2nd lines, I say "baybay" love my festivals. However since 43 I have been a traveling junkie, so scenery has been my thing. Especially since I turned 50 last year. I am flying out at the end of January to look at some of the areas that I may be interested to live. I would LOVE a diverse area. I like you two because well y'all look like my family. Thank you for your time and I hope that I wasn't too wordy!!!😂😂😂

My girlfriend and I are 18 and 19 years old and moving to the phoenix area in late January 2024 so just over a month away. We are coming from Ohio and have absolutely no adult figures in out life to help us. We don’t know anyone in Arizona, we are taking a leap of faith! We had already signed our lease when we found you guys and your videos made me feel a decent amount better about moving. We aren’t moving with no money saved up but we don’t have a lot and we are trying to get jobs before hand but it’s getting closer and closer everyday and still no luck with a Job! Any advise for us in our journey?
