Do you recall about how much you paid in taxes/fees/etc? I am a foreign buyer hoping to move to Ireland permanently and trying to figure out rough cost estimates. Hopefully all is well since getting the place!

I’m not sure if there’s any differences for Ireland but for us, as first time buyers, we didn’t need to pay stamp duty land tax which meant we only had to cover solicitors fees and we also decided to have a mortgage advisor. Hope that’s helpful! X
