We also separated Bible and worship from our regular lessons. I wanted to encourage a daily morning worship that wasn’t connected to school. This has been so fruitful for all of us. It has just become a natural part of our morning.

Thank you for sharing this inspiring video. We have fallen out of some of these habits and I am ready to get back to this beautiful life giving rhythm.❤

As a homeschooling mama, this warms my heart.❤️ we don’t do Charlotte Mason exclusively but I believe in the importance of having a rhythm and it helps a lot in our homeschooling. I love connecting to other homeschooling families here and I’m happy to follow you along.✨

I really loved this video. I am a home ed Mum and I constantly have to remind myself to slow down. I worry that if we are not seeing people often and going to multiple co ops that i am depriving my children. This was a beautiful reminder to me that i need to break free from this conditioning… i have been making us busy, sometimes only with walks but always in the car and then getting stressed when there is not enough time to do the things we would like at home. Thank you for reminding me its ok to slow down and why we chose this path in the first place

Yes, all those little outings can add up into busy-ness, even if they are good things. It is so countercultural to slow down, but it is something our children (and us) need! Thank you for watching

Thank you for this video. I don’t know how it happened but I had no idea that I’m a Charlotte Mason mom. 😅 But I definitely am.

Loved this video. This video is just a reminder to me of why I’ve chosen the Charlotte Mason approach to educating. Getting to spend a large portion of the day outside and enjoying hobbies. Such a beautiful way to raise children! ❤

Love your videos!! May I ask what cámara do you use for your videos and what for editing? Thinking of starting a KZbin channel 😅 Blessings!

I use my iPhone still! I hope to be able to save up for a camera but my phone is working just fine for now, though I did purchase a microphone. And I use CapCut free version to edit 😄

Do you have a recipe for your yogurt and what was the purple stuff you put on it?
@AHeartForHomeEducation2 ай бұрын
It was homemade jelly from my mother-in-law! She graciously gives us homemade canned jelly all year long. We use honey on our yogurt sometimes as well.

I think you can make yogurt but I’m pretty sure you need special worms to do it.

I love this! In my 5 years of homeschooling, I’ve yet to be able to master the concept of charlotte mason! But I truly crave for this type of schooling so much. There’s something so much about it that overwhelms me. Very expensive to find what sort of books and resources I need. Or perhaps I just don’t know where to start. What helped you get started with Charlotte Mason? I have been doing the good and the beautiful for all these years. But level four has been very dry for my oldest and I’m not sure about pursuing it much longer. I love the literature based proponent of Charlotte Mason! I would love a video from you on how to get started for beginners and how to resource for your book lists and other subjects! 🥰

What type of breakfasts to you make for yourself? I feel like having my breakfast complete before my boys would allow me to do the morning basket reading while they eat. However, we don’t have a microwave and most of the foods we eat would be over cooked if made too early.
