Our Honest Review of Holland America's Westerdam to Alaska

We boarded the Westerdam in Seattle roundtrip to Alaska and this is our honest review of the ship, food, entertainment and enrichment. #cruising #embarkation

We cruised on the Westerdam several years ago when it was in the Caribbean and loved it. It is a nice size ship. Has everything you need and we didn't miss all the kid oriented stuff.

Going on Westerdam with my family in July! Looking forward to going! We used HAL 13 years ago, and loved it. This is only our second cruise. Thank you for the info. Hope you have a wonderful time on your upcoming trip!

Wonderful! Enjoy lovely walks on the Promenade Deck and then relax at the Ocean Bar with your favorite beverage. Also if it’s possible, don’t miss a Specialty Dinner at either Pinnacle or Canaletto. We hope you have an amazing trip!

It was an oceanview cabin. Our only dislike was the bed was under the window, so hard to really use but we like the light!! LOL. Have a great time. If you go to Hubbard’s glacier, best view is bow or I really enjoyed viewing from Promenade deck. Have a wonderful time!!
