You can totally partition your bath area from toilet seat , just build a 4 inch high fence with cement and tiles and corner that shower head. .put a curtain rod and shower curtain...to keep things dry

Love it. If I may make a suggestion?.. my thoughts were to put the TV on the wall where your pictures are and a narrow table shelf jist under it for nicnacks, pics or even green plants. Put both couches along the walls across from each other and the recliner in front of the window. It will open it up in the livingroom and allow you to watch the TV from all the couches. ❤

You two have a great little apt. Please do not take the wall tiles out of the bathrooms! They are perfect! If you want you can change the floors out to white and the upper walls and ceilings white. Then some cute lighting and wall hanging or picture. Top off with towel bar and coordinating towels
