Very nicely explained. I got a clarity after about construction after watching your vedio. Septic tank commercially available ha first time am hearing about this. Your house is beautiful. Only one drawback is you have made slapt in bed room and later you will face lot of dust issues and that should not be in bed room,So soon put a cupboard for it. And the very good thing is you have not kept the bathroom inside bedroom, these younger generations should learn this from you. Thanks a lot for providing such a wonderful inputs.

It's best to have a small and well planned house (with interiors done). Kudos to you on your decision not to take loans ☺️. In case you feel the kitchen is too open at any point of time, you can easily simply place some console tables/ crockery cabinet or go for an island later. So no regrets there! 👍👍

One recommendation: Buy some additional switches and keep it for future use. Reason being, you won't get the same pattern or size in upcoming years and you will end up in changing the entire box or the new switches won't be a perfect fit.

Regarding vetrified tiles Always keep additional spare tiles After 10 years in case if the one or two tiles get damaged, you won’t get the same colour/design tiles. So it’s better to keep spare tiles… I am facing this problem now.

Whenever you want to remove glue or resin from plastic kindly use NC thinner to wipe off the glue to get OEM Finish

For UPS unit please dont consider loft, try to place it in the floor. If you are going for lithum batteries it can be placed in loft. If it is liquid based batteries refilling the water will be a headache. We did the same mistake and now shifted to the store room.
