Hi Lyn, wonderful Epiphytic plants displayed on this beautiful stand! Wow that's nice your Hoya is coming into flowers! Beautiful varieties of Euphorbia plants and other cactus! The Hoya Kerri are amazing...love the heart shape of the leaves! What a wonderful display of Thillansia plants in your bathroom window! They are really gorgeous! That big red flowing is amazing! Love the beautiful plants in Hans's music room...I have to try music to my plants in the porch haha! I look forward to watching the moving out of the 3 huge cacti! Thanks for this tour Lyn! So happy you loved the plant tour part two Sylvia :-D it was difficult to reach a lot of the plants and the lighting in the house is not the best for filming haha, our house really is like a jungle and when people come to visit us they think we are crazy with all the plants, its going to be fun and games moving out the 3 big cacti haha, haha with the music in the porch Sylvia :-D I really do feel the plants love music too, and we used to have the Streptocarpus in our living room window but since Hans moved them into his room about 9 months ago they have all trebled in size and are always coming into bud and bloom, thanks so much Sylvia for your wonderful Friendship and amazing comment and support and for watching, and Hans and I are sending you lots of love and happiness and PLANT POWER to Malta for a wonderful Wednesday afternoon XXXX

There are just no words to describe the splendour of all those magnificent shapes together: large, wacky, corky, old, young,... Seeing them together elevates the overall feeling I think! One of those columnar Euphorbia had beautifully unusual growth at the top I thought, reminded me of sea creatures. I am also a fan of the Ficus Elastica: what a gem of a plant: gives and gives and is happy whatever you throw at it. One of the best!

Awesome video Lyn! I love all of your plants! Starting with one of my favorites the Zigzag. I also love the Spiralis; the one next to the Boobie! All your air plants are outstanding. I kept thinking the camera would pan around and you would say 'and here is Hans having a bath!' Then I remembered he was filming! By the way he did a fantastic job filming. I think you have a Happy home; it's like having a Christmas tree up all year. It's just nice. hahahahaha Jeff :-D so happy you loved the part two video :-D and so happy you love the zig zag cactus and the Spiralis, they really are wonderful and wacky looking plants, and Hans is so happy you loved his filming, a lot of the plants are so difficult to reach with the camera haha and the lighting is so difficult when filming in the house as it comes out a bit grainy due to the indoors, our house really is like a jungle haha, and the funny thing is when people come round to visit they say "oh my gosh how can you live with all these plants" and we say to them "we couldn't live without plants in our home haha" they really brighten up the indoors and we love to bring the nature of the outside inside our home, thanks so much Jeff for your awesome Friendship and amazing comment and support and for watching, and Hans and I are sending you lots of love and happiness and PLANT POWER to Georgia for a wonderful new week XXXX

i took the gamble, gave all mine a watering the other day, but only a taste of it. starting slightly earlier but i then build up watering up to the warm weather, but sure keeping eye on night temps. so far they only needed extra heat for about 4 hours per a night as it soon warms up in the morning :)

@@desertplantsofavalon so far gfs maps showing we got a little warmer weather on way, we might get the odd chilly night, and something brewing in the 1st as cooler than norm to the west but thats a long way off. fingers crossed the cooler nights are mostly over :) my plants last year had a month no water in growing season just before the hottest part so most never caught up and got fatter so for sure needed watering, got to stage i thought i take gamble but only start with a taste, some showing growth but some not so hopefully the drop water might trigger them so they take more water next time , don't know why but i got a feeling we going to see some odd weather patterns this summer, keeping fingers crossed tho we get an easy one

@@stevekenilworth Yes we will keep our fingers crossed for warm weather, and I think we are going to get some strange weather patterns this year too, I will be starting to water a lot of the succulents and the cacti in the smaller pots tomorrow, but I will have to careful and start off watering light as some nights are forecast 3c still, but my plants are desperate for water especially my Opuntias that are looking like deflated balloons haha, thanks so much for your wonderful comments and support Steven and sending you tons of love and happiness and PLANT POWER for a fantastic new week XXX

So happy you love the plants Georgina :-D wit the hanging baskets, I have some saucers that are wired underneath some of them and it stops the water from dripping out the bottom of the pots and onto the floor, but with the other ones without any saucers I hang them up in the shower and give them a good water in the evenings, this allows the baskets to drain by the morning, thanks so much for your wonderful comment and support and for watching, and sending you lots of love and happiness and PLANT POWER for a fantastic Friday XXXX
