Having gone through IVF o get pregnant at age 34, I believe these reassurances do not take into account how expensive fertility treatments can be. While fertility statistics have improved for women in their thirties, people who want to become parents should be aware that age DOES still matter when you're trying to conceive.

Wow! I was making my way through your catalogue because I loved your videos on fundie influencers and I saw this video. We're a couple weeks out from our own FET and when I tell you I NEEDED to hear a story like yours.... Feels like all I hear are stories of disappointment and tragedy. Also sounds like we have a similar prognosis. I'm a bit younger than you but we have the same number of embryos and it looks like a similar body type. Congrats on what seems to be a healthy baby from your more recent videos and thanks for the reason to believe it'll work out!

I'm 34, newly married to a strapping 29-year-old gentleman (lol), and we're hoping to start trying next year. So, there's lots of content and worry for me, but thank you for this! Also love your anatomy discussion 😂 my little boy was asking about that this morning and we compared diagrams of male and female, and nulliparous female with pregnant female, then we looked at breech presentation then looked at his newborn photos. Him being breech meant he was born with enlarged testes which weirdly brought the whole lesson full circle.

IVF sounds really hard. In the UK my friends got like 3 cycles for free. Just another way the US makes parenthood expensive AF. We are mere months from kindergarten and everything not costing absolute ass as it has for the past 5 years.

We know that people were having sex earlier in life back then because they were getting married a lot earlier. At the age of like 10 to 25. My grandmother and grandfather got married when she was 11 and he was 17. She had her first 13.

Yikes! I thought my mom was young at 22. She was born in 1954. When was your gran born?
