I am so pleased to see from this video that nothing has changed. You describe a place we both want to revisit. I could not stand to eat a pizza until I had one in Sicily. Lovely memories. Everywhere i go in italy i get frustrated with the trash situation. I remember a very hot day in rome, trying to find a local park to chill out, every park covered in litter. Its like the italians just arent bothered with these little details in amongst the beauty of their buildings. Its like their motorbikes, ducati, motoguzzi, aprilia, some of the most stunning and exciting to ride bikes, but they leak a little oil (aprilia), things fall off them (motoguzzi), mirrors dont work (ducati), bugger to work on, (ive had all of them!) but these are minor unimportant details. Yet i would always buy another.

I own a Ducati Scrambler and I love it. 40 years of motorcycle ownership and it’s my favorite but you are 100% correct. There’s little things that are irritating as you pointed out. But it’s awesome, call it character I guess. 😂

This is very true- the amount of litter and lack of care from the local councils to clean up surprised us. I love the bike comparison and I agree… and I would also still buy one regardless!😆🇮🇹

@@GraaY94 I'm just North of The Tay and my usual roads are now covered in slimy leaves. I managed the A93 through Glenshee (coffee and leg stretch in Braemar), Sth Deeside Rd, Cairn o Mount, through Edzell then Blairgowrie back to Perth on Oct 1st. Decent dry day but the likes are now too treacherous and my bike is a bit too heavy pick up off the floor these days - I'm 60, been riding for decades and can give up no problem!! Enjoy...

Up an hour early today (clocks changed overnight, had a busy day yesterday so forgot to change them before going to bed) so great to see another video thanks. Amazing sunshine in Sicily, sadly it’s chucking it down here in Felixstowe today. Great to see the Trident. I had an original T160 back in the 80’s, they have evolved a bit since then. Another great vlog, Freddie. Monika's got the videography off to a tee. I've only been to one MotoGP and that was in Mugello in 2019 (Pecco Bagnaia won). I bet you'll have a fantastic time in Valencia, especially since you're being hosted by Michelin. Looks like Pecco will be champion this year. If you or Monika will be spending any time in Barcelona, be very aware of pickpockets, especially on the underground. I fell victim last time I was there.

This is exactly our position- we always end up going back to Spain and it’s turned into our go-to place. I’m really excited to visit Valencia, I’ve never been but have been told it’s every big as nice as Barcelona🙂 The Nissan Micra- we were watching in amazement! In the UK, people would be screaming and there would probably be some serious road rage/a fight afterwards. But in Italy, nothing- just carry on and move on🙂

Beautiful that beach puts Blackpool beach to shame plus I too have fell in love with the Bonniville especially the bobber black, 2018 and I saw the car that nearly took out the biker and his passenger I'm not quite sure who was at fault 😳

2018 Bobber Black- one of the coolest bikes on the market! Add some ape bars and forward foot controls and that’s pretty much my dream bike!🤩 This is the thing with Italian driving- it’s very hard to understand who’s fault it is, as no one follows any rules😆

Just a thought or perhaps it’s a question for you Freddie. Is there a reason you don’t have Monika’s name in the credits on your vlogs. Afterall, she does such a great job with all the filming etc, surely she deserves some recognition 😁. I am so glad to have seen some footage of Sicily, as it’s a place I have often wondered what it might be like. I nearly went there some years ago but didn’t in the end.

Absolutely fabulous place Freddie but "really '' did we have to see the white speedos ,I could never possibly go there now 😉. Aww Monica that's the worst it's one of my pet "excuse the pun ''' hates so between the white speedos and the overflowing rubbish bins it's a no go for me 😄.so looking forward to the MotoGp that's a wow fer me .👌👍

But for the rubbish, I love Sicily. I'm not going to fret, you are going to my Wife's (Isa):) country. Some of her family is around Barcelona and I drove through Valencia circa 78. That beach water resembled my childhood haunts. Laughing at Monika's speedo capture.

@@FreddieDobbs I lived in Madrid (70-75). Had the greatest time and met my Wife in a basement club called Stones. Now I wish could retire in a place like Ipswich but ATX will suffice. Look forward to the next vid.
