I could watch series like this one day in and day out and never get tired of seeing progress. Hope you’re able to do some more of these this year. Love seeing every detail that goes into these restorations.

Awesome job, most boating channels never complete the project unlike you and Fish Bump in LA. I am always watching your work.

Incredible job as usual. That really is a great boat for the Keys. Can do a little bit of everything with it.

Great job Aaron. Love your story. Your hard work will pay off. Keep it up.

You should've just ordered some 3m VHB tape in the correct width. VHB tape is awesome and is weather proof
@paulflynn24812 ай бұрын
when you apply the sealant, you don't need to tape it. squeeze out a small bead into the crack to be sealed. Then spray it with ammonia based WINDEX. Wipe bead with fingertip in one long continuous motion. The Windex will prevent the sealant from sticking to the perimeter surfaces. leaves the joint nice and clean.

I really enjoyed this series. I looked forward to the next episode every day. Unfortunately, like all good things, this had to end. Thanks so much man, great work!!!

Cover the driver seat with the bimini; you'll always be driving--others won't always be on board. Whaler uses poles on the front to lay the top forward when its not used.

I see your cubbyhole for your for extinguisher is empty. Get one on there. Good job with the boat by the way.

Dude, the quality of your work and the boats you are doing is way above those off the shelf biminis. It deserves a good canvas guy- I'll bet the payback is there.

I thought you said that you shouldn’t go wide open throttle with the 12 year old fuel because it loses octane over time and it will cause knocking and could damage the engine?
@mgirard71612 ай бұрын
They mount it 'backwards' so when it is stowed it doesn't interfere when fishing, to keep the back open. The boat turned out great.

You could second guess yourself all day on bimini mount. I don't like stepping over rails to get in/out and if the rear seat is raised....maybe go with a T-top😅 Any who I'll be hitting ya up on my next restore. Great series. A wealth of knowledge at BAB

Would you ever film some of your boat-related adventures? Also, when is the Born Again boating product line coming out? I'd definitely be all about some Born Again vinyl protectant.

I'd love too, unfortunately with the way things are over the past couple years all I seem to do is work with no boat-related adventures :( I wish I was smart enough to create a Born Again Boating product line lol

I wish I could do a project like this but I don’t have the knowledge. I own a condo in Florida pan handle area on the gulf side on the water and would love to have a boat there to use. These videos are awesome!

I've restored a 15 Boston whaler a few years back. But nothing to the extent of yours. The unfortunate part was that the boat looked great after I was done. The ol boy I did it for used it 1 season and parked it. That was almost 5 years ago and I saw it the other day and it broke my heart. It looked terrible. At least your hard work won't (hopefully) be lost. Great job

That's always disheartening after all that work and they sit :/ I feel your pain!

That pretty boat now only needs a pretty girl lounging around getting the net when the fish come around.😊 You might train her to quickly get to the beer cooler at the right time.😮😮😮
@rogerreed97682 ай бұрын
Did you bring a life raft? Just kidding. Saw parts of the build, last I saw was the leaking drain line. Boat looks good. Keep the videos going, they will be needed while it snows up North.

She really turned out nice. I know the boat was abandoned but did you have to pay a price for it or was it left at the yard as in free?
