Here is our latest shopping haul from our recent 2024 antiques and vintage extravaganza show at Renninger's Mount Dora, Florida. This is from the January extravaganza and if you missed the shopping trip the link is below. This trip was so fun and there are so many vendors we just put a dent in it. There are permanent vendors at the antiques market below and that is always open every weekend. We found some phenominal deals and we are excited to share with you all. So pretty !!! Recently I did a "lamp and artwork" challenge at 2 Goodwills. I found lamps and artwork that would look good together, placed them together, and took pictures of them. I found a lot in one day. I showed the pictures to our local consignment shop, and the next time I went in there, he had rearranged his lamps and artwork so they would coordinate, and was so proud. He had also created gorgeous vignettes with the consigned items. He is turning a hardware store into an art gallery, so to speak.

Wow that was an incredible price for the posh lamp! The shape of the shade is perfect but if you have a shorter harp the shade will cover the switch.

I really like the green glasses. I see them often in my vintage stores here in California. They are really pretty. Also, the Satsuma vase is also a great find. 6:41 those coffee tea cups you bought....I was at a thrift store one year ago & they had a set of those in beautiful roses for 75 % off, but I didn't get them because "they are too small." Then yesterday I was watching a Cary Grant movie from 1960 & it showed him & people using those same small coffee tea cups ! and I saw that I was wrong, I didn't know that WAS the right size. I enjoyed Monday's and today's videos. Looks like you got some nice things for your store. That lamp you got looks really nice in the spot you chose for it; the red shade was perfect. I was hoping Angela would have gotten that crystal covered butter/cheese dish - I bought one that looks just like it on ebay last year - it's American Brilliant Cut Glass. I paid more than I wanted for it but like you point out sometimes you have to pay up. It is beautiful though!

Hi Jeff and Angela, We are both in hot pursuit for the beautiful green burple glasses. Good find Angela! I found 10 sherbet and 10 water at an estate sale, was there for 30% off day. The two sizes were different prices, but I think the average cost per glass for all was $3., which is better than prices online. I really want 10 wine glasses, which are just a bit smaller than the water goblets. I know I can use the water for wine as well, until I find the smaller ones. Also, a quick story about Goodwill. I missed a huge collection of the glasses by about 2 minutes, a lady had just loaded her cart with so many, I couldn’t tell which size, but she left 2 cordials behind and I snagged those I think for 99 cents . You can imagine how disappointed I felt. 🥲 These glasses can be used for so many occasions. Good luck on the continued hunt. I love your haul videos, so much fun! Oh, and you absolutely stole that lamp, love it! ❤

Then, I just say, “the Lord wanted someone else to have it more than me.” 🙏😄 We have been blessed with so many treasures and saved things that might have landed in a landfill, this is part of our purpose. I just wish I had the extra push to have an online store or even KZbin. I live vicariously through you guys and some other favorite channels. So keep up the good work and so much fun.
