This is the first video that I seen of yours. You have touched my heart. When my husband died 6 years ago, I was transported to another time immediately; shock is a weird thing. We were married 30 years. I made it through it all, just like you will. Going THROUGH it and not OVER it makes all the difference. Take all the time you need to grieve. Grief sucks but God helps so very much. Someone said I was strong, but I told them I had no choice and the Glory goes to God. I just lost my husband to esophageal cancer after almost 51 years of marriage. My heart hurts so much! I coded last year with severe COVID, and he took care of me, while I regained my strength so I could walk again. I fell in love with him all over again! And then I lost him almost a year later. I also lost my husband of 24 years that weekend. My husband, Jake died after his battle with lung cancer on October 21st at the age of 49. Our sons are 23 and 20 and we are now navigating a life without him. Still can’t see pass my grief. He was diagnosed just 2 and a half months prior. It was really quick. My husband also new the Lord and I’m blessed to have been married to him. He’s the most important person to me. Maybe our husbands have met in heaven. I’ll pray for healing for you.

my word! This is my sister-in-law's story! My brother went fishing and never came back. he was found 2 days later in the water. He was a Christian, a wonderful husband and father, the best brother a girl could ask for, and an all-around amazing person and helped so many people. That was 9/13/20. From the grief I felt and watching my sis-in-law grieve i know the pain you are feeling. God's grace is the only way she was able to get through it. She still struggles but she knows her strength is found in God. I will be praying for you and your family.

I'm sorry your precious B-Man is gone. It must be comforting to know that he died in Christ. I had to sit down, think about & concentrate on breathing. I let the thoughts flow from there. What I understand of you is how driven, determined, & self-reliant you are. How blessed you were to have this beautiful, adoring, respectful, loving man by your side who daily reminded you how beautiful & worthy you were. Forever remember him telling you that every single day. Carry him with you, just as you carry the Lord with you. I'll be praying for you & your family. The next 2 months will hold many "firsts" for you & the kids. First Thanksgiving, first Christmas, first New Years...I found new celebrations while honoring Bryan & old traditions helped. I was scrolling through KZbin & came across your channel. Watched your entire video w/ tears in my eyes & I’m still wiping my tears. Aug 4th 2021 was the worst day of my life. My husband of 26 years suddenly passed away from a heart attack. He was only 49 yrs old. We have 3 kids & 2 grandchildren together. I am still so very devastated but I keep forcing myself to continue on. Sometimes I feel like I’m still in shock. I know how you feel 100%. My heart breaks for you. 7 years ago I found my husband dead in our field. I know what a shock it is. My husband knew Jesus, and I couldn’t have made it through his death without leaning on Jesus. Then God gave me a Godly husband that sounds a lot like yours, especially when he says Hey Baby. I smiled when you said that. I will be praying for you. OH MY!! On October 20, 1997 I was in the same place you are in right now. We had also been married for 23 years. He was only 44 and I was 42. I totally understand when you were talking about how you feel like things are a blur. That lasts for awhile, 7 months for me. Even 25 years later sometimes it still hurts so bad it is like it was yesterday. Without God, I never would have made it through. I am so thankful you have Him. Firstly, my truest heartfelt condolences. My 27 yr old son drowned on Memorial Day 2019. Like you, I knew from that first call, that my son was gone. There are no words to describe the hell I went thru while the dive teams searched for his body. 13 hrs later and 82’ underwater is when\where my son was found. I’d like to to say the pain has lessened…but it hasn’t. It has gotten easier to bear…but it will never lessen. I’m sending all of the positive energy and good juju your way.

Psalm 121. This has gotten my hubby and through more troubled times then I can count. B-man sounds a lot like my hubby in that they both have the most gentle spirit and know how to love in the truest sense. 17years ago my hubby was injured in Iraq and I knew our lives would change but I didn’t know if I could deal with it all. With God’s help, he showed me the strength I had, carried me when I needed him and let me know I was always loved!!!!! At one point we thought we’d lose him and I couldn’t imagine life without him. God has a plan for all of us, a path we must travel. We may travel it with a loved one forever or a little while, I trust that it’s your time to travel alone for awhile with your babies. Grief is love without a place to go. But really your love does have a destination. Just because he's someplace you cannot see, your love will get to him. Keep praying for him, despite knowing he's in good hands, because those prayers will reach him with your love, and he will return the love by praying for you. It's good to focus on the gift God gave you, instead of being a victim. This will aid in your healing journey. Something you may consider... offering your suffering to Jesus as a prayer for your children. Jesus, as in His example, can take our suffering and turn it into blessings when we offer it. It's a miracle of being a Christian.

This video was in my recommend feed so I came over to give my heartfelt condolences for your profound loss! Nothing prepares us for the loss of Love......but, having said this I know that the Love is never lost but just transformed. My son has made his presence known many times and especially the day of his funeral. That morning I awoke with the song 'Time to Say Goodbye' playing in my mind. I was angry for thinking of it so pushed it away. Later that evening we all decided to take a walk on the River Walk in San Antonio in memory of this being one of his favorite places. As we came out onto the balcony 'Time to Say Goodbye' began to play over the loud speaker. They are never far from us and I know that Love can never be lost. Giving you a great big hug and sharing your grief.
