They decided to go on a holiday in Spain to meet for the first time. To make a long story short, they fell in love and now they are married and living in Florida as she continues her career as a nurse. Great love story 👍

There comes a time na feel mo talaga na super lonely mo like hindi mo alam kung bakit ka malungkot like you just needed someone to talk to about your frustrations. Been there miss rhaze and i just really felt genuine happiness when i met my boyfriend/live-in-partner on a social media also. I wasn't really interested talking to him that time but everytime i shared a posts he always liked my stuffs there and then we chatted, exchanging phone numbers and having late night conversation and yeah that's how our realationship started. Actually we've been together for 2 and half years now and I'm really grateful that i met this super patient guy. I am watching from Cebu City, our beautiful hometown. you cannot really tell yet....my best friend who already passed away seven years ago was love struck to an old american guy on the first day they met...and so she followed to america and got married within few months (though against our wishes that the wedding be held here in phils. instead they pushed thru in USA) then suddenly she called me telling that her husband's behaviour changed probably because my friend couldn't get a high-paying job as she was a doctor here and landed as an assistant nurse in a dialysis clinic in their place or probably my friend couldn't do perfectly household chores like cooking, that the guy would insult her infront of his friends calling her stupid wife and one time even pushed her while the car was running...but I told her not to leave the guy as he might run after her anyway...but then turn of events the old man got stroke and so my friend was left with the all the responsibilities....ten years later my friend died of ovarian cancer...and the guy tried to contact me asking what to do and I said to him I knew my friend' s fate would be with him...I was really fuming mad...I lost my very and one and only best friend....moral of the story....YOU CAN NEVER TELL WHAT WOULD REALLY GONNA HAPPEN UNTIL THE DAY COMES.....

Surely, a sobering story for those Filipinos dreaming of marrying white guys and living in the land of milk and honey. And who could blame them, living here in our poor downtrodden Philippines. Even professionals like your doctor friend . . . Condolences on losing your bf. I am a professional as well. Growing up and well into my adulthood I never had that American dream because I had a "cushy" life with my parents. Now 16 years into marriage, even if I am a professional, I feel the struggle of eking out a living here. And in 2016, I had a foiled attempt at living/studying in Oz. And I lasted only one sem. Nagpagupo sa lungkot and cowardice. So I'm here now, back in the arms of my "loving" family, still eking out a living, middle aged . . . when will it ever end?

Omgeee! We have the same story.. after almost 3 yrs of being single.. I found him 😍 I also met mine online lol but he's Pinoy working abroad. We've know each other since October-November 2014 but February 2016 lang naging official kasi it was our first time na nag meet kami. After 8months, nag propose cya (sobrang na-surprise ako! Hindi ko inexpect though we always talk about it) He proposed on our last day vacay at Dubai. It was really a wonderful feeling!
