Beauty and Essex we ate at 2 years ago, yes very loud but amazing food and not cheap. I found the wait staff beyond friendly and they seemed to actually care and seemed to enjoy their jobs which is not always the case at Vegas high end restaurants.

I love Beauty and Essex. As a chef your reviews are pretty spot on about the food but I will come just for the Bone Marrow and the Woodsman. I think the ambiance and service is what brings it for me. You can have drinks and apps, dinner and drinks, all in that subtle lighting listening to their house dj. Great honest review!!

I went to this restaurant with my bridesmaids this past weekend and we loved it! The DJ was playing 2000s r&b and rap, the drinks were delicious and kind of dangerous because they were so good, and the food was so so good. We all shared multiple plates and it was perfect for us. We also got the dessert wheel, a side of brownie with ice cream (complimentary because we were a bachelorette party), and had espresso martinis to go with it. So so good. Our waiter (Jeffrey) was incredible too! He really made the whole experience fun and it felt so high end without being stuffy. I would go back. That tomato soup grilled cheese spoon was my favorite part 😋

We enjoyed beauty and Essex. The dry aged ribeye is not to be missed ! I agree with the ravioli and let the waitressI know we didn't really enjoy that dish and she removed it from our bill! Didn't expect that! We enjoyed the brussel sprouts very much , our faves were the dumpling and the ribeye. We definitely will go back for that steak!!

Just ate here on a previous trip and didn't really love it. Maybe my expectations were just too high, felt very crammed and dark... Not sure that I would go back. Great review as always guys!

I was just saying to Rachael earlier I wish we were more critical because the more time that passes the more I don’t want to go back to a place in this genre. It was too dark, too loud and most servings were too small for the price and we 100% had it built up too much in our heads. Live and learn glad to hear we weren’t the only people with those thoughts

We had a really nice meal there on Christmas Day, but that's all I would call it is "nice" 😂. The cocktails were great, but the food was hit and miss for some of it. Surprisingly, our favorite dish was the fried eggplant with salsa macha and cashews.

Wow, some of those dishes looked so good! I have only eaten there once, and was by myself, and since I'm not a travel vlogger, I just had one appetizer and the filet. I also found the restaurant VERY dark, could barely see my food. I love their focaccia bread! I like it a bit overgrilled like that. I'm not normally a French dip eater, but those looked wonderful! I will defiinitely try next time. The reason I don't normally like them is I don't like dipping bread in anything and making it soggy. But I could definitely do it like that! And I don't think they had the butterscotch pot du creme, but I would have definitely gotten that instead of the many layer chocolate cake I had. Thanks for another great review!

Howdy Ho! This place is on my list but still haven’t made it there yet . As for not adding alcohol to your meal …that would be blasphemy lol. The food looked great and interesting even if some portions were small . I’m already booked at Spago , Prime and Le Cirque for my upcoming trip so maybe next time . Cool review as always 😎😎😎
