Hi there - Modular homes are engineered to be permanent dwellings. Unfortunately at this stage we do not service Queensland due to distance as our manufacturing facility is based in Victoria.

Are they hurricane resistance? Like for florida for example...

Hi@@trigger0403- as standard we build to a N2 wind-rated structure, but we have offered to build up to N5 previously. This is something we assess on a project by project basis.

How strong is a module home is it as strong as a brick house??

Our modular homes are built stronger than brick homes as they are required to withstand transport to the site. They are built on a steel sub-frame.

Australia is strange.. almost nothing (including listed house sales) have prices. Terrible attitude. I found that attempting to download the pricing, they're not in QLD for example. My guess is - $5k/Sqm. More than a full build.

@hannesRSA 5k jesus whats the point 😂😂 I've been wondering if they have assembly technical drawings so we can just buy our own materials and assemble everything our selfs I'm a boily by trade so I'd be able to do most of it myself but I don't really even know how to go that route

@@trigger0403 maybe it's cheaper, who knows... Kit homes are about $1k/Sqm and the recommended final estimate is to double that to $2k/Sqm DIY with basic finishes... So a prefab will be above that.
