I feel your disappointment over the whole Pokémon gaming experience. It’s disappointing to have a game like Pokémon that you loved as a kid go so downhill. And yes, Anthem was very disappointing!

bros playing illegal pokemans, haha! nice ep, entertaining conversations Here's a fun one: my biggest disappointment is also one of my favorite games of all time. Cyberpunk 2077. At launch, even on a decent PC, it was just unplayable with the gameplay being so insanely flat, along with just having to live with the fact that the game I had been following for all those years was now a public disgrace. Everything with 2.0 fixed that though, and it's now my favorite RPG of the 2020s.

Being able to fix games later with patches has been a double-edged sword. Back in the day (ps2-xbox era) Games had to work when they came out but once they were out, not much could be done to improve them.

I feel you! I was really hurting for my friends who were playing it and having a terrible time. I kept expecting it to delete my saves or something but I (Jared) just got lucky. I'm going back soon to check out the new stuff.
