Love the videos! Stumbled across your tactic as I’ve been struggling for consistency (Chelsea, year 3, Sesko not firing for me 😭😭😭). Watched 5/6 of your videos to fully understand the rationale behind the tactic (and more importantly, probably where I’ve been going wrong!). Videos are great, so refreshing to have smart content that isn’t the same tactics regurgitated from holiday performances and a little dry humour mixed in. Thanks & keep up the good work! I saw a comment about mentoring where you directed to another channel, im sorry to say I found their video quite dull (even though I’m a very data driven person), I think he missed the mark a little by ignoring personality types & squad hierarchy. I’m a big chaser of the impossible Model Citizen dream. I’d also like to see a video about captaincy/leadership and how important it is. Is it possible to do a video on the effects of friendly matches on youngsters? Is it the same as a competitive match and does the length of time on the pitch affect it or can you bring them on after 60 mins for an effect? Thanks.

The most important instructions include: Wing backs "Stay wider", "Cross more often", "Hit target forward" and "Shoot less often". WCB "Stay wider" and "Press more often"

Hmmm - I don't know whether the new potential roles (Inverted Full Back), although not utilised in this formation, might mean the file isn't backwards compatible. Meta-wise, the formation should still perform well.

This is the most common tactic.. contra high lines, and stuff like that... The best formation i 4-2-3-1, but any tactic works with those instructions... (and that tactic is also on fm base and fm arena, did you forgot to check?

Yeah as predicted it sucked. Tried it with Monchengladbach, did 10 games untouched, only won 2 games. Reloaded and changed it to my match my team better, won 3 games in 10 but playing really poorly. Another one in the bin :D
