I think it's great that you are keeping us in the loop! At least you aren't like some vloggers who dont include their viewers in anything! Don't tell them they are looking, packing, or even moving- they just one day end up in a new house! We just sold and bought a new house, packing the house to sell is so much work but worth it. Our realtor has us take everything on counters especially bathroom, minimize to just necessary items on kitchen, remove almost all decor, and everything off walls. Remove unnecessary furniture, and when the house is going to be viewed open all curtains and blinds. Made a huge difference, market here is crazy so sold within 36 hours! Good Luck!!

someone made a comment the other day that made a lot of sense. you guys, out of the three families I watch, I feel the most connected to. oh my gosh we currently are house hunting, only here in UT it us a sellers market. it's horrendous, it is by far the most incredibly nerve racking and emotional roller coaster I have ever been through. we finally decided on a house that is under construction, a lot further from where we are. it's such a hard decision. good luck with it!!!

Its very tough buying a place that is not new. You always have to settle one way or the other. It's just a matter of deciding to what point you are willing to compromise. There is no magic recipe. We are in the process of moving from one property to another. Thing is, we own both, yet the FIRST thing I'm trying to do, is recreate the first place in the 2nd. 🙈🙈 After 27 years of raising a family, it's back to just me and my hubby and the sensible thing is to scale down. But it's HARD. Good luck to you guys. Important thing is, stay within your means and stay together. 💚❤💙💗

In California houses go like hot cakes, we bought a house almost 2 years ago and the house was on the market for 1 day and had 8 offers on it, but when it's ment to be it will happen we ended up being the ones who bought it. We are in the same boat. Need to sell our house and still looking for the next one. As I was just looking online at a house that said "Pending", I was like that's a cool house why do I always miss out. That's when I heard God whisper "Do you think I will let someone buy your house?"
