With all the talented artisans we have in Australia, I find it difficult to believe that you need to purchase furniture from overseas. I single handedly decorated my own home using furniture I already owned, new pieces sourced locally in a regional area and Gumtree! It looks amazing, shows off my own style and everyone keeps thinking I've got a money tree stashed away somewhere. It's your creative talents that will be tested as to what you will come up with when working outside what you're used to. Just think how much fun it will be to colour outside the lines!
