I'm really annoyed...at people who try to diagnose what they thinks may be wrong or not.....my granddaughter is a shy quite girl who does wonderful drawings and has made friends at school with 1 other boy who likes the same things as her and because she is not running around with the girls...a receptionist told my daughter that perhaps she maybe Autistic....is this what schools are coming to

I think a lot of kids are tapped as having autism or adhd at very young ages when in reality they are just being kids. They’re just showing little kid behaviors. The problem is that a lot of people don’t find those behaviors acceptable so they think it’s diagnosable. There’s nothing wrong with being neurodivergent but there’s also nothing wrong with normal behavior.

All that’s going on is normal sibling rivalry with the arrival of a new baby. He wants attention so if he’s bad he knows he will get it. All perfectly normal and going to nursery with other “little people” will certainly help. I discovered your channel by accident when you were just about to have Olivia and have followed you ever since. You are doing a great job!

Autism is nothing to be ashamed of but also can't be fully diagnosed until older than Charlie. Attitudes are definitely changing and are much better than when we were in school Edit: This is not a negative! I'm not a doctor but I am neurodivergent I'm not saying he has or hasn't got autism (not a doctor and he is too young) but it's not and shouldn't be spoken as if it's a negative trait (which is in the comments)

This is not negative at all and shouldn't be taken that way. Not saying he has it either he is too young (and I'm not a doctor) anyway just saying it's not a negative the way people misunderstand everything in the comments

I agree it’s not negative! Kids Charlie’s age can get diagnosed. Kids I work with get as early as 16 months. If this is a concern see a doctor. Remember autism is a spectrum. No one should be commenting on a video that your son doesn’t or does have it. Following your gut in the way to go. You’re amazing!

My toddler ran up, shoved the sandwich in her gob while laughing. So cheeky. Our schools/childcare are mainly nut free. 😂

I live in the UK and have 3 kids all diagnosed ASD at different degrees on the spectrum. What a rollercoaster it’s been having to raise mine. I have two sons in a special school that fits their needs and my 13 year old daughter goes to a regular mainstream HS but in a special unit for ones that need a little extra help. My oldest boy who will be 11 is considered severe and non verbal and my 8year old is higher functioning but struggles with major sensory issues still, very picky eater and hyper active. I stay on my toes and totally exhausted, but I love them to bits!!!!! To sum it all up, from what I can see, your kids look perfect, and so well behaved! You’re doing amazing with them. Kids will always have their picky stages too when it comes to eating. Just allow them to grow and be themselves☺️Enjoy raising your 3! You have a beautiful family!❤xx

Caroline the autism spectrum is huge. My daughter is and it was not discovered until she was 16 . She registered off the charts. She’s actually brilliant and has many traits that we are learning how to relate to them. There is nothing wrong with being autistic. The problem is people trying to diagnosed other people. You have a beautiful family . I wish I were back home with you but my family is too “Americanized” I’ve even lost my accent. Only problem is I use English phrasing and it’s hilarious how the Americans are quick to correct me .

Sooooooo love the “he’s not…he’s just an idiot”😂 I work with autistic teenagers (nearly 20 years now) and it’s LUDICROUS what people come out with… high anxiety (and kids are verrrrry anxious these days) often looks like autism but it’s not… to anyone concerned about their child/themselves being on the spectrum PRIVATE DIAGNOSIS MEANS NOTHING. It should take aaaaaages to get a diagnosis… not because the system is spine-splittingly slow… because there should be A MOUNTAIN RANGE of information to collate/navigate. Misdiagnosis is a disaster… very high anxiety/Trauma(capital T and lower t trauma affect the brain in different ways) is frequently accompanied by a high ACE score which needs to be managed in a manner that is very different to autism… humans are complex and the brain is WIIIIIILD… stay open to the possibility that your wonderful kid is also an idiot. Idiots are ace/complex. Autistic people are ace/complex. Allistic people are ace/complex. I cannot overstate this… people are deeply, deeply complex. Stay kind and curious… staying kind and curious always helps. Putting the wrong labels on things… not so much xx 💜

Here in Middlesbrough the council will be starting refuse bin collection every 2 weeks I honestly don’t know how we’ll all cope especially now it’s summer. If the foxes are unwell or you suspect they do have mange (which, without treatment, can mean slow and painful death for foxes in the wild) you could try contacting a local wildlife group or even better a local fox rescue group. In some cases they can recommend treatments and medications that can be added to the food or water you leave out to help treat them. Urban foxes have a very tough life so I think it's amazing that you're trying to help them!
