If you get a foam mattress they are easy to alter, unstitch the bottom edge and peel back the mattress covering, use an electric bread knife or even a saws all to cut off to the length you need , pull the cover back over and just hand stitch the covering back together . I have successfully done this and much much less expensive that a custom mattress . Once you get the mattress pad on and bedding no one will ever know! Good luck, your new home is gorgeous and can' t wait to see the episode on Scout!

I have loved the Alliance since I first saw it. It' definitely my dream home. Great placement of those shutoff valves for the water!!! Gorgeous bath and barn door! I love it! In our 2021 Grand Design Reflection 303rls Fifth Wheel the vents are in the kitchen island also. So much better. We do the island shuffle. Lol. On our kitchen slide out there's a gap between floor and slide out. And Miss Abby isn't a neat eater. So I'm constantly making sure no dog food ends up under the slide out. Lol. I wish that Grand Design would have made the slide out and the rest of the floor flush together. We wanted the Moryde steps. After talking to the factory rep. he said that they don't make them for our rig. Plus they don't make them Handicapped Accessible. They said that they are thinking about it. We have just now started making ours feel like home. Darn it I still can't talk Jim into Thousand Trails. Lol. Because we want to go all over the United States to do Handicapped Accessible reviews. And then our Thousand Trails package could start going way up in price. Lol. Congratulations on your new home

Thanks for showing the washer / dryer. That is exactly what we have been hoping to see. Now, please share images / video of the hanging clothes directly in front of and blocking the washer / dryer doors with the team at Aliance. We are in our 60s, are actively shopping for an RV, and must have easy access to the washer and dryer. The washer / dryer access like that means we need to shuffle hanging clothes from one side to open the washer door then to the other side to open the dryer door. Lots of extra work for every load of laundry. The other possibility might be to bend over or crawl under the hanging clothes to get into the washer/ dryer. Bottom line is that this closet layout is a showstopper for us and eliminates the Paradigm from our list of rigs we might buy. Need a different closet design: full width sliding doors or separate closet that can accommodate stackables are some designs we have seen. This might not be an issue for younger customers, but it is crucial for us and I suspect others with aging backs and knees. Thank you very much and safe travels.

It is a slight inconvenience but I can definitely see where this could deter some. The 370FB and the 385 FL have a different configuration for the washer/dryer. Those might be options for you if you are looking to go with Alliance.

We might need to remodel the closet of whatever we buy because many of the rigs with a more favorable closet layout are also above our budget comfort level. Great tour! We love our 340 and we use that hall closet for a pantry as well. It works great for us. There is plenty of storage in the closet and the dresser so the hall closet was our best solution for a pantry. Also, we use the storage beside the dresser as a clothes hamper. Thanks for the tour.

Very nice the windows a plus for air flow, great functional kitchen island is over the top. You guys have a freaking class a motor home without the cost of engine and transmission. Great choice. Like the idea of two awnings just be careful when rolling them back up I was in a rush with mine and cut the cable for the LED lights by getting it wrapped up in the awning. Also like the heat ducts not being in the floor if you ever stepped on them when you're barefoot and their hot 🥵 ouch. Once again thank you for your tributes they mean a lot

Does it have double pane windows? That is one thing in our RV that i wish we had is double pane windows.... Our one previous did have them and it really did make a difference in heating and cooling the RV.

Ours does not but it is an upgrade option. Just be aware that it adds weight to the RV

Actually, I'm really pleased still. I think they shouldn't use shiny stainless steel sinks because they are hard to keep nice and I wish the wadher/dryer was stacked in a separate closet, but other than that I am really happy with our decision. No regrets for this girl! 😊

Where did you get your covers on your back couch and your sink mat in the bottom? Like them both!

The covers are just drawer liners to help Scout climb the couch. We got them and the sink mat at Walmart.
