OUR NEW HOME LIFE IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY...
Yup, this is just another day for Therine and myself here in the Philippines! Since my surgery, she has been living with me here in northern Mindanao. And well, life is pretty relaxed for the time being. In this video we cook Tapsilog together... a very classic Filipino breakfast dish. Then we head out for a little walk and stroll around Cagayan.
Yup, just another day for a Filipina and Foreigner living life at home in the Philippines... And I got lucky to find the final pack of peanuts at Ororama!!

Therine is really a good cook, Kulas is one lucky guy . He is surrounded by a lot of chefs and the best cook... he has johndy, mama Rose, Kumar, the filipino fighter boys, Boding, to name a few. That’s one of the best tapa recipe I’ve ever known Therine, and I’m going to try that. Thank you. Wish you’ll stay with Kulas for atleast 3 months and so we can see your bonding time together a bit longer, and it’s just giving us all a peace of mind knowing a sweet girlfriend is there to help take care of that recuperating man and being well fed and taken care of. I truly liked Therine for Kyle, she’s so simple, so humble like Kulas, knows how to do chores , great cook, who loves Kulas and really cares for him, pasensiyosa, fully understand his vlogging, and just a perfect match for Kyle’s super bubbly and energetic vibes. If I’m a lady Judge, I want to marry them soon, hehe, and see little ones in the horizon! Loving the date day at the park with mango shakes and the grocery shopping! Mabuhay si Cheding peanuts!! Kulas, do more of you learning Tagalog please. I was born just outside of Butuan and moved to US when I was 8. I am unable to speak tagalog, can understand a little from listening to titas' chismis during parties. I am fluent in Bisaya since my whole family are teachers and cousins too (they even correct my English grammar lol), but no one even my mom sees the importance of me learning Tagalog.

Cheding's is the best! I bring loads home to Denmark and Greece and everyone is amazed how good peanuts they make! Cheding's staff is super friendly and fun. I really miss going there! Iligan City is amazing!

Your breakfast looks so yummy. My non-Filipino friends are fascinated with Pinoy breakfasts. Traditionally we eat out heaviest meals in the morning so we have energy to do our farming chores. The lightest meal is at dinner because who can sleep after eating a heavy meal. Oddly, the reverse is done in North America.

For a cup of rice using the measuring cup, 2 cups of water; 2 cups rice, 3 cups water; 3 cups rice, 4 cups water and so on and so forth. This I learned thru trial and error to get the perfectly cooked rice.
