Huge congratulations to you both. You deserve to be in a better place away from all the stress of those horrible occurrences with the neighbours. With a new year coming up, you can make a new start and have so many things to look forward to in the new place. May i suggest you buy a table for that space in the kitchen where Bandit plays, to me it's screaming out for somewhere for you and guests to sit and exchange in conversation. Next year it's my 5th year of watching you guys and i will be planning my next trip to Disney so i cannot wait.

My kids and I recently saw Tim at Magic Kingdom. I wanted to ask for a Picture but someone had just stopped him for one so I just said HI TIM!!! LOL he gave me a surprised HELLO!! SuperWoodyboy Yeah. Can't recall the details but they ran a water hose to their water spigot and was watering their lawn or filling their pool or something rediculous. The cops shrugged like there was nothing they could do. There's worse they did to them, but they didn't share that. Sounds something stalky. Anyway, I'm sure Tim and Jenn feel like they got a tick cut off the ear of their lives.

JENN you should figure out how to mount all of your Mickey ears on the wall in your office! I think that would make a really cute backdrop for a room, or even to spread them out behind your background for your filming studio! Hang them in a way that you can still use the ears by just taking them off and putting them back up. So nice!

It sucks that your old neighbors were so awful, but the new house is awesome! Are you closer to the parks now? I hope you're happy in it for years to come. If I may be so bold, I think you should put an island in the middle of the kitchen for your cooking vlogs. We've had a Nespresso machine for 8 or 9 years and it runs like a tank. Good job with the macchiato. It was beautiful.

OMG! That's what happened to my husband and I. We bought a home and within the first month we discovered we moved in next door to the neighbors from hell. It got so bad that I ended up having to get a restraining order against the mother and her 16 year old son. We moved out and sold the place about a year later. I was never so happy to be rid of that house. Now we live in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and couldn't be happier. I'm so glad you found your special place too.

Thats so sad that you felt that you had to sell, I didnt realise that the thing with the neighbours was such an ongoing problem. Thinking about it though, once they stole from you, where do you go from there, right? The new house is beautiful though, and you will start making memories there soon enough. HOME VLOOOOOGG'S ARE BACK! A round table with four chairs under the light in bandits play area could work well. A round pub style table (taller) maybe, since you guys are more casual. The light might need to be moved over and replaced with a different shape. You might enjoy a small, rolling island w. locking wheels in the kitchen as well. I find ours helpful for prepping meals. Can't wait for the cooking videos! Looks amazing and so happy for you both and to see you feeling less stressed!!!

i have so many friends that they use their ears as wall decor. so if you have free space up on that red wall you can hang all your ears on it and it would look so pretty and this way you can see them all and it's part of decoration :)

Tim and Jenn - I can totally identify with you - I recently had to move apartments in my building due to horrible noise/safety/other issues, and nothing was being done about it either. I know you'll miss your old place, but hopefully your new HOUSE will turn into your HOME in the very near future, and you will start making wonderful NEW memories there. I know the increased chance of my getting a peaceful night's rest in my new location makes all the stress worthwhile for me. Just hoping my lower back and knee issues that i got from overdoing it will go away soon, and I can start enjoying my new abode! Yes - it is sad, and wrong, that others can get away with not being good fellow humans. I hope no good comes to them (or my nemesis either!) But I love your new home (especially your kitchen!), and wish you nothing but love, joy, and good memories in it!! LOVED seeing Mr. Bandit - he looks so good and so happy! Congrats on the new home! It can be sad to say goodbye to your first home in a way, but as time goes on you will never regret it. My wife and I started our family in our first home, and lived there for a little over 10 years. Once in the new house for at least a year I would occasionally have dreams where we were back there because it was "our" home even though we had sold it and were very happy with our new home. I don't know if you will have an experience like that, but it faded and now going on 3+ years in our new home I don't even miss our old one for a second. If you get sad even for a second just think of all the things that made your old home no longer fit your needs. Just seeing the difference in the kitchen alone... you will quickly lose any feelings of regret. Enjoy the new house once again.

Tim and Jenn, a suggestion for your bonus room is make it into a movie room. Hang movie posters or Horror Nights memorabilia on the walls, get a popcorn machine from SAMS Club and save movie tickets you guys have seen together and display them and wha la!!! :D that's what we plan on doing in our home when we finally buy our own house within the next year

I did Epcot for New Years in the early '00 and it was a SHIT SHOW!! I've done a lot of different holidays in Disney and New Years was by far the busiest and the one that wasn't worth all the trouble
