I totally understand the "I have anxiety but my partner does not" struggle. Even though they're really supportive you can't help but feel bad when your anxiety gets in the way of plans. Anxiety is the worst and you are not alone. I know this comment could get buried but I’ve noticed my anxiety is triggered by caffeine. You mentioned wondering since it didn’t always happen, what else could it be. For me, I realized when I over did it on coffee it had the anxiety juices ready to pop at the slightest chance. Good luck! I also always have a necklace diffuser around my neck with lavender. Take care Jenn💕

From reading a lot of the comments...anxiety is something that many people go through. I know I do. It’s hard to feel like people are looking at you and judging you. Keep talking about it. Shed the light on the subject. It’s going to help not only you...but others as well. Being ashamed of it, only makes it worse and gives it power. Thanks for sharing your feelings Jen. ❤️ Take Care!

You are not alone at all Jen. My anxiety is always at a 3 to 5 when I go out alone and sometimes it just spikes to 10 for no reason...I like to hide in my phone to keep it together.

I have to say its nice to see that there is someone else that has trouble going out alone. It takes me so long to get out the door and when i get to me destination i have to sit in my car for a few minutes. Hey Jenn! I love y’alls videos so much. I just wanted to say I have the same type of anxiety and also feel so “dumb” and “embarrassed” about it when it happens. Thank you for not cutting this from the vid, it’s a quick moment but it says so much and shows how hard it can be for us even when everything around us is fine. Representation is how people learn, and people learning helps us feel less overwhelmed when it happens. Thank you thank you thank you. Love and light... and deep breaths!

Hey guys! Jenn, you are not alone. I have suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember. Weirdly enough now when my fiancé can see attack coming on from me, he holds me close, tells me everything is going to be okay and opens up KZbin on his phone and plays me your guys videos to calm me down. It has worked for a number of years now. I know you feel alone but you help so many people

Hey Tim & Jennifer, I watch your videos everyday as a way of helping myself get out more and to feel better about myself during my anxiety/panic & depression recovery. Last week due to hard mental work and watching your video I went outside with my new puppy and had felt incredible for the first time in many years and I’m turning 24 in May. Please don’t ever let yourself feel that you ruined anything because myself I know it’s hard to get out and do things. So when I seen this video I was truly shocked to see it was from you because I see you & Jen go places so I wondered if you guys have anxiety and struggle with it on certain outside world tasks or any that is. Thank you guys for the videos and all that you do it has helped me a lot.. also try breathing exercises everyday and see how that helps😊✨ take care my friends.

Don't ever feel dumb for having anxiety! I know its hard not to when everyone else is fine and confused as to why you aren't okay, but don't feel embarrassed or dumb because that can make the anxiety worse sometimes! I'm almost 20yrs old and have been dealing with severe anxiety since I was 10yrs old and it hasn't gotten any easier, but Jenn when you publicly talk about your anxiety (and other public figures) and makes me a THOUSANDS of others feel less alone and stronger! Dealing with anxiety can seem like a curse and a burden, but when people who experience it start to talk about it that conversation can help so many other people and can help people who don't deal with anxiety understand. Thank you Tim and Jenn for always putting a smile on my face! :)

I have the same problem. And I always feel ridiculous because everyone around me clearly doesn't have a problem. It can feel very alienating and in the moment, like no one else has the same issue. It's both comforting and saddening to see so many people in the comments struggle with the same things. I agree 100% that she shouldn't feel dumb at all. There's so many of us with these issues but a lot of people (myself included) don't have the courage to speak honestly and vulnerably about it when people can associate the topics with a face. But Jenn was able to do that- it's no small feat.

I related to your experience so much, Jenn. I've had anxiety issues all my life, I've never thought about the lights affecting me, but it's so true. I have a lot of anxiety flare ups in stores with harsh lighting like Target has. You honestly just helped me understand myself so much more with this realization. Thanks for sharing about your anxiety, Jen. I have been struggling with panic disorder with agoraphobia for the past 4 years so I know how hard anxiety can hit when in a store. Jen, I think you’re so amazing for sharing your feelings with us. I get anxiety when I’m at the supermarket and I’ve never met anyone who feels the same as I do!! So thanks for making me feel like I’m not crazy :). I find personally, for me, what sets it off is the abundance of stuff around me and the feeling like I’ll never get out of here because there’s just too much to look through and buy. I calm myself down by reminding myself what I came in for and heading straight for those things, and that usually calms down the anxiety because I regain control over what I’m doing and it stops me from feeling overwhelmed by all of the products around me and the sheer size of the store.

Hey Jenn, I use to have major anxiety attacks in places like Target or where there were lights like that. Or restaurants were the worst for me. I felt very trapped. Hopefully you can figure out what is it. I have PCOS and found out it was mostly hormonal and related to my sugar. I also had some fertility issues and believe that was where even more anxiety came from when in public. The worst one we left a meal right when we sat down to eat. My husband had to finish his meal alone and pay while I went to the car. It stinks!

Be sure to check AT HOME in Orlando for inexpensive home decor. Lots of good stuff. There are three locations near here. East Colonial, West Colonial in Clermont and a Kissimmee location.

HI JENN, it's OK that you struggle with these things. Many have struggles. Keep a log/journal on days that you know you will be going to places that cause anxiety, it will help you "track" patterns that might tell you how and why. Keep smiling😁

You could still do giveaways on KZbin but you could ask the people to give you the best way to contact you e.g Instagram, Snapchat etc etc. Love my iced coffees too!😂

Jenn, I love your transparency about anxiety. The world needs more of that.

Hi, Jen. To overcome feeling weird about vlogging, just pretend you’re talking to a friend on the phone. Also, Does wearing sunglasses in Target help with the lights? To stop anxiety, know it can’t hurt you, it’s ok to be anxious, breathe calmly, switch a scary thought with a fun thought, and surf anxiety like a wave; let go, float, and flow. Calm yourself with positive self-talk. Be proud to overcome it. (It gets easier over time)
