Very cool..... You did a great job in your design and choices.... The elevated foundation is very practical considering the heavy rainfall issues.. The higher ceiling heights will allow better airflow in the humid conditions and also allow for a more spacious effect for your peace of mind... You also have utilized some very fine building materials for the construction build for the looks and longevity of the house. The Instant hot water heater is great too.. because it is a demand type system only using electricity or gas when you need it... Its a great cost savings.. If you are feeling ill... Its nice to be able to take a warm or hot shower to aid in your bodies circulation from a aches of a fever or chills... You can easily expand your floorplan for more rooms through the doorway near the CR.. Having a dog or Roosters are an inexpensive addition to your home security... However i think its best to design a security system or Physical denial element from would be robbers.. Great job good luck...

Beautiful house! But maybe you still build grills to protect you against burglars. Maybe you can build the grills from the inside part of the windows so that you will feel more secure whenever the alarm don't work bec. of brown outs. Inside grills can be hidden through curtains. So if in case someone likes to enter your house through windows, the grills are still there to make it difficult for them to come in.
