Navi is speaking in english so that dimitri can u derstand as well as other viewiers while dimitris vlog in russian is for their russian channel and other russian speaking people. I suggest sometimes navi must also speak tagalog and their local dialect to enable dimitri to understand and learn our local dialect too..just my suggestion
