Hello Foster Journey: yes the last part of the Team is right.Matt you are stringing us on your SailBoat choice. Please don’t hate me but the bolts holding the deck down I would check for defects in them. The Top cover is not solid one wave to the whole top would be gone. But you could instal a Hardtop. What year? But you are still living your Dreams. Tell Wife Happy Mothers Day. Still nice meeting you and family. Maybe some day at Sea I will bring the Wine,or Champagne. God Bless and be Safe. Greg

Thanks Greg for the Mothers Day wishes! This was a really tough choice for us - it was a 1994 Morgan 45, and there was a little bit of rust on the engine and some concerns with the bolts like you mentioned. After walking away we started looked a few feet smaller but newer. ...and yes, we'd love to have you on board one day with wine or champagne :)

@@TheFosterJourney I have owned a few... 9 old Porsches and an older Morgan. good products are worth the effort. Looking to sell our 4th house in 4 years. CA Exodus couple in Vegas looking for blue water soon. Real Estate / Assets are on fire after the pandemic. Boats are cheap. No one paying to cruise.

Part of it was the timing with the house sell and part was the age and upkeep condition, which made us second guess overall maintenance of the previous owner.
