This is an excellent, enjoyable series. I have never seen a documentary film so well done,.... so well written, so well filmed and so well presented. They illustrate beautifully the message of respctfully saving and recuperating the Planet, Culture and Language. Ngā mihi nui

Never been. My Pop said to me "see your own country before you go see someone elses", Been all over the South Island top to botttom. And Stewart Island too. I now live in Brisbane and have seen a wee bit of the world. One day I'll get back to come to your North Island. PS: does Wellington count? I did go there to see the Foo Fighters support Sonic Youth in the 90s but didn't go anywhere. ex Lyttelton Habour boy here.

befor the settlers came to Aotearoa, they didn't know what oysters and Kinas are, pretty sure they didn't know what Crayfish was either.

Crayfish and lobster were prisoner and pig food back in europe. They knew what most see food was due to their history being thousands of years old. They have greeks and romans history plus arabic they knew what was what. Our history is 700 years max theirs is thousands.
