This is such a fun series, especially with all the personal experience you bring into them. I hope you keep them going, I'm enjoying them as much as your Subnautica series.

Glad you enjoy! It's really quite fun to share this type of game since it's so accurate, right down to the very language the customers use! It's really well done

I also like that they've gotten the various manufacturers to partner with them and let them use their products in the game.

You know, I'm not sure if I'd enjoy this game if it was anyone other than - well, Paulsoaresjr playing it. I guess it's because he used to actually do this job himself, which makes it really fun to listen to.

Thanks, glad you enjoy! I'll start sharing some actual funny/scary/stressful stories Ive had over the years... :)

I wasn't so sure I'd be one to like a LP of this game, but with PSJ at the helm and (him) having real-life experience to boot, it makes for a welcome entry in his roster. Keep up the good work, PSJ!

Well, it's not all roses but having a place you can call your own and having the independence and flexibility that goes with self-employment can be very rewarding. :) I was sort of "forced" into it since my job of 9 years was basically outsourced and I decided then and there to hang out my own shingle instead of being at the mercy of others. I've never looked back :)

I can't remember the days of 8k - my first computer had a whopping 48k. :) But I did build a couple of years ago a computer with 16k of memory. It was in a FPGA though. :D

You actually had the used 2GB RAM from the PC you upgraded previously, so you could only buy another 2GB to finish the next job. If you're that cheap, that is. :)

Prob. somebody already mentioned it but I'm surprised that game ignores when installing RAM you should try to match them and most Mobo is using slots 2 + 4 ( most common) or 1 + 3 its rare to see Ram placed in slots 1 and 2 :)

DeltaNedas, ram=random access memory...it’s a device which works as a temporary memory to remember running applications’ process.it provides quick access to memory .if your laptop’s battery dies, ram remembers what was happening in ur computer.. but u will loose ur data from ram if u restart ur pc.I m not an expert tho, check that in google for better explanation ..

Don't you have a spare 2 gig stick you could put in the PC to bring it up to 4. As there's a good chance it has 2 in it already. Could of saved a couple of bucks.

@paul Do you remember bb's(pre-internet) and 2400 baud modems? lol I lived in a small town and had no local access. So one summer I went to stay with my aunt rose in Toledo. While with her i took my trs-80 with tape drive for a spin. I accessed a bb or 2 and even tried the first AOL. But I was wrong about the phone number I used to access AOL. Turns out it wasn't local for her and her phone bill was over $200 more than it should have been, for the long distance charge. She was quite upset with me and I felt absolutely terrible because of that. To this day I still feel horrible about that. But I remember getting really excited about connecting to bb's and reading what other people had posted and even downloading a couple of simple games and other programs. I got a dialer program that allowed me to have my computer call a range of numbers and it remembered which were answered by computers. lol I spent like 4hrs once I was back home looking for private bulletin boards in my local area.

Im about to have a very angry customer on my game, i recieved a pc from a custy and he wants graphics card updated. He has a gtx 960. so ive tried 970s , 1080s, and some others.. It will not say updated on the objectives no matter what card i try and so im done buying random cards at same day delivery, so what im going to do is, im stealing every part on that computer, selling all of them to get my money, and just having one really mad customer to deal with since the game seams glitched out on the objective. LOL im curious how this will turn out..
