Wow, just like the olden days when you were the first to play Minecraft! I assume the developers of this game know that, and that's how they got this game to you. And all these millions of viewers to your channel over the years are going to learn that you are the Minecraft GOAT and original KZbin Let's Play GOAT!

Hey Paul, revisiting you after many many years. You were a huge part of my childhood, I still remember my excitement watching your videos. Man vs Minecraft, Punchwood island, survive and thrive, and my two favorites, Legend of Hoodie, and TALE OF KINGDOMS. I still go back and rewatch them just to reminisce and feel like a kid again. Now I am a full fledged adult, and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a prominent and positive part of my childhood!!!

Better yet, grow a bunch of trees adjacent to each other, chop the trunks out, place your walls under the outer edge of the canopy, add windows, floors and doors. Just a thought.

The generated structures are super pretty! The loot they give also seems extremely good. I wonder how much equipment is implemented in the pre-alpha version you're playing, as I imagine that's where most of the traditional RPG elements are.

Definitely grabbing this game for myself
@davesunhammer4218Ай бұрын
Looks good in many ways but the "crafting" needs to address "bulk crafting" and a bit less grindy. No clue why devs needlessly bump numbers so high. 400k thatch could just as easily be 40 thatch. And burning thru it so quick just ends up taking some fun out of building. While not as bad, Enshrouded does a similar thing. BUT Lay of the Land could copy some of the Enshrouded way of building and crafting building materials. --- As an aside, I wonder how much longer you could spend trying to build something beautiful without a library of pre-fab parts.
@davesunhammer4218Ай бұрын
Question: You beat that crate for materials then picked it up. Did it give you a full crate or when you place it down will it be still broken? And do monsters respawn or if you clear a build is it now safe? I'd make that Observatory mine!
@Shadow_TheCat2718Ай бұрын
This reminds me so much of survive and thrive or the mage series you did for minecraft with woody! Maybe once the full release occurs do an roleplay if there is enough interest?
