Love you teala and eva ... but you can't be angry , you shouldn't be angry. the delay is mostly likely because they were trying to get the plane fully ready and dealing with complications that they encountered. it is for YOUR safety. Same as the turn around, we understand your destination is iceland but you would never get there if the plane crashes hun. you should be at least slightly thankful, it is for YOUR safety not theirs. they don't have to delay they, they don't have to turn around they could sit back and say ok i know this plane isn't working but imma still let it fly because i don't care two shits about these people's lives. if i were you i would say i had a fair(not good not bad) experience not a terrible one. they cared that much to ensure that you all are still living today. the lady was rude though i get you all
