Marv, u should look up online and see bec your mom.lives in American, u can ask them ,can we move state the reason your mom.lives out of state. Plus can get job there.. follow us citizen 6 or 7byears follow laws and rules, taking class for your wife.. u have 2 deaf childrens requirement school teaching education .
