Still the best even when we find out Southwest doesn't care about either the employees or customers with extremely outdated technology? Heck, Spirit looks luxurious now compared to Southwest. There are far better airline companies to work for then Southwest

I've been flying and following Southwest Airlines for many years. Last year, during one flight, they made our trip memorable when the flight attendants sang Happy Birthday to my daughter. The flight attendants made a birthday hat out of the little bag of peanuts they used to provide. It was an awesome experience for us! Thank you Southwest Airlines! #SouthwestAirlines

I joined Southwest after three and a half years on the general aviation ramp and was extremely nervous at first as I knew the work was way more physically demanding than I was used to. But thanks to all the support from my awesome cohearts at SJC, I recently celebrated my one-year anniversary as a ramp agent and not a day goes by I don’t regret my decision to join the Southwest family!

I’m so glad to be apart of the SWA Family. God allowed Southwest to truly be a blessing to our family. We experienced some amazing moments from SWA sending flowers , a baby airplane and a baby blanket when our son was born, from fellow cohearts sending food when I caught COVID. Now my husband is a supervisor at SWA and I’m finally joining the family as a CSA ❤️💙💛🥹 I’m so ready to bring value and amazing ideas to help this company. I have a virtual interview for a ramp agent position at my local airport and I couldn’t be more excited. This is more than just a job interview for me. This is a dream coming true. I always wanted to work in the aviation industry and this company is the one I wanted to work for. These stories of going above and beyond for customers are why I chose this airline. I depended on you to be there to fly me to Cozumel and back to see my grandkids four times a year and I am devastated still that you cut that flight to Cozumel. I think the mistake was going from one or two days a week to 5 days a week because you went from full aircraft to half empty
